Formation and development of domestic sports medicine

Abstract

В статье рассматривается исторический аспект развития спортивной медицины. Автор выделяет этапы формирования спортивной медицины, особенности ее становления в нашей стране, формулирует проблемы, с которыми спортивная медицина сталкивается сегодня. Цель работы состоит в выявлении основных этапов становления и развития спортивной медицины, анализе тенденций, которые влияют на этот процесс. Использованы такие специальные исторические методы, как историко-системный, проблемно-хронологический, идеографический, ретроспективный. С опорой на материалы и выводы исследований дается анализ становления спортивной медицины в прошлом и перспектив ее развития в будущем. Предлагая периодизацию отечественной спортивной медицины, автор выделяет специфику развития каждого этапа, определяет его ключевые особенности и проблемы. В статье сформулированы актуальные проблемы спортивной медицины и предложены возможные пути их решения. Автор делает вывод о том, что на современном этапе отечественная спортивная медицина переживает непростые времена. Распад СССР, острый социально-экономический кризис не прошли бесследно и для спортивной медицины. Однако, пусть с более низкого старта, но спортивная медицина сегодня активно движется вперед, намечаются серьезные тенденции ее прогресса в будущем. The article deals with the historical aspect of the development of sports medicine. The author highlights stages of the sports medicine formation and the specifics of its development in our country, as well as formulates the problems that sports medicine faces today. The purpose of the work is to identify key stages of the formation and development of sports medicine and analyze trends that affect its development. Special historical methods, such as historical-systemic, problem- chronological, ideographic, and retrospective, are used. Based on the materials and conclusions of the research, the analysis of the formation of sports medicine in the past and prospects for its development in the future is given. Offering a periodization of domestic sports medicine, the author highlights the specifics of each stage development and defines its key features and problems. The article formulates modern problems of sports medicine and suggests possible ways to solve them. The author concludes that at the present stage domestic sports medicine is going through difficult times. The collapse of the USSR and the acute socio-economic crisis have left a certain imprint on sports medicine. However, even from a lower start, sports medicine is actively moving forward today. Serious trends of its progress in the future are outlined.
