Abstract

В статье обоснована актуальность развития лидерских качеств студентов, осваивающих программы подготовки по направлению «Теория и методика преподавания иностранных языков и культур». Представлены варианты проведения диагностики по выявлению лидерских качеств. Описаны этапы работы по формированию заявленных качеств в образовательном процессе вуза.
