Optimization of professional training of penal system employees as a pedagogical problem

В настоящее время происходит реформирование системы образования, в ходе которого осуществляется стандартизация обучения и актуализация практико-ориентированного подхода в подготовке специалистов. В статье рассмотрена проблема оптимизации профессионального обучения сотрудников в условиях развития и реформирования пенитенциарной системы.
