Characterizing professional motivation of employees of operational units of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia

В статье анализируются особенности профессиональной мотивации сотрудников оперативных подразделений ФСИН России, выявленные в результате специального теоретико-эмпирического исследования. Определены доминирующие мотивы сотрудников оперативных подразделений, их распространенность в мотивационной сфере и влияние на другие психологические характеристики, эффективность осуществления ОРД, проведения оперативно-розыскных мероприятий в условиях учреждений УИС. The article analyzes features of professional motivation of employees of operational units of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, identified as a result of a special theoretical and empirical study. Dominant motives of operational unit employees, their prevalence in the motivational sphere and their influence on other psychological characteristics, the effectiveness of the implementation of law enforcement intelligence operations, the conduct of law enforcement intelligence in penitentiary institutions are determined.
