The article presents the results of the survey conducted in 2022 at three universities: Vistula, UTH and WSB. The research sample consisted of 426 respondents. The conducted research gave a picture of demotivators, which are still a common practice in the surveyed organizations. Much research has confirmed that, on the one hand, human capital and innovation are important stimuli for economic growth, but on the other hand, human capital and innovation interact with each other. Innovation is not possible without human capital, but also innovation affects human capital. Innovations require high quality and well-educated human capital. In our contribution, we focus on identifying the relationship between the development of human resources and the results in innovation performance of the economy in the Visegrad Group countries. We use multi-criteria methods to evaluate both human resources and innovation performance and subsequently examine the mutual relationship between human resources and innovation performance.","PeriodicalId":208433,"journal":{"name":"Zeszyty Naukowe Wyższej Szkoły Humanitas Zarządzanie","volume":"64 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139331775","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the past, shopping was associated only with the purchase of the most necessary goods for survival, then from year to year consumerism developed and led to the purchase of more and more products. Therefore, modern companies must implement modern management methods to respond effectively to the changing market situation. People increasingly driven by fads bought more and more products leading to the development of many enterprises. Recent years in the shadow of pandemics and economic crisis and war have forced many people to buy more prudently especially luxury products, but often also necessities. The main purpose of the article is to show the changes in the management of modern enterprises in terms of changing trends in consumer behaviour. The article conducts a theoretical and empirical analysis on the basis of the cited research results and own research conducted. A questionnaire survey was conducted on a group of 100 respondents who were customers of various enterprises. The conducted research made it possible to achieve the set goal and address the changing situation of enterprises and consumers in the market during the economic crisis. Many factors contributing to changes in consumer behaviour in recent years have completely changed the world view of business owners around the world.","PeriodicalId":208433,"journal":{"name":"Zeszyty Naukowe Wyższej Szkoły Humanitas Zarządzanie","volume":"36 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139332253","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This trend is inextricably linked to the issue of intellectual capital, analyzed at the level of an individual, team and the organization, as well as the management of professionals as the holders of strategically valuable knowledge with the hallmarks of wisdom. The result of the discourse conducted in the study is the proposal of a conceptual model of the individual intellectual capital of a cognitive worker, taking into account the types of knowledge of a cognitarian and the level of his professionalism.","PeriodicalId":208433,"journal":{"name":"Zeszyty Naukowe Wyższej Szkoły Humanitas Zarządzanie","volume":"9 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139332749","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Few people realize that public pensions will be at a level that will not ensure survival for the elderly. The modernization activities done since 2004 in this system also do not significantly change the state of knowledge on this subject. Another decision to introduce Employee Capital Plans (PPK) in Poland, which is an element of the third pension pillar, did not improve the public’s knowledge in this regard. According to the literature on the subject, the Employee Capital Plans introduced in 2019 contain certain types of management, namely knowledge management, human resources management and financial management. This article presents the aspects of management in the functioning of PPK, where the basis for their clarification was a survey conducted among entities participating in the plan, i.e. 134 employers (PPK creators defining the rules for managing contributions) and 821 employees (participants making decisions about participation in the plan). The aim of this article is to present the opinions of PPK participants on the identified management aspects functioning in this element of the third pension pillar in Poland.","PeriodicalId":208433,"journal":{"name":"Zeszyty Naukowe Wyższej Szkoły Humanitas Zarządzanie","volume":"11 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139333808","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
