The article presents the results of the survey conducted in 2022 at three universities: Vistula, UTH and WSB. The research sample consisted of 426 respondents. The conducted research gave a picture of demotivators, which are still a common practice in the surveyed organizations. These included underestimating the employee’s work, lack of information flow, insufficient investment in employee development and others. Abstract
