INDIVIDUAL INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL OF A PROFESSIONAL – CONCEPTUAL MODEL

Currently, the evolution of the concept of knowledge management towards wisdom management is observed. This trend is inextricably linked to the issue of intellectual capital, analyzed at the level of an individual, team and the organization, as well as the management of professionals as the holders of strategically valuable knowledge with the hallmarks of wisdom. The result of the discourse conducted in the study is the proposal of a conceptual model of the individual intellectual capital of a cognitive worker, taking into account the types of knowledge of a cognitarian and the level of his professionalism.
