INNOVATION OF LOGISTICS PROCESSES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF A TRANSPORT COMPANY

Abstract

Dynamic changes in the economy mean that most areas of economic activity are subject to constant transformations. Introducing innovative solutions in logistics processes is an essential element of efficient management of an enterprise, and in particular a transport company. The purpose of the following considerations is to indicate appropriate directions of activities related to innovative solutions used in logistics processes, as well as the benefits of their use in a transport company. When creating the following study, an attempt was made to use general methodology in the field of management sciences as well as descriptive methodology in the area of logistics-related issues.
