According to the results of the study, the main stages of the\u0000strategy development process are determined, the main stages of development and\u0000formation of medium-term priority areas of development are formed. Emphasis is\u0000placed on research on key issues of the country’s future development, determined\u0000by the growing needs of people for food, energy, environmental and social goods,\u0000the production of which reduces the burden on natural resources. The article\u0000substantiates the National priorities in the transformation of food systems until\u00002030 in the context of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals 2030. The\u0000scheme of formation and implementation of food security strategy in the context\u0000of globalization is proposed. It is established that the structural composition of the economic security system is formed by domestic and non-industrial components. Many nonproduction components of economic security of enterprises are provided, which include market and information. The main components of economic security of enterprises are generalized and their essence is determined, the services responsible for them are specified. Comparison, methods of abstraction, analysis and generalization,\u0000graphic and tabular modeling are the research methods which were used in the article. The information resources, which were used in science work, are modern\u0000science works, electronic information materials and materials of periodic publication.\u0000\u0000The scientific novelty. The social-economic development dynamics in Ukraine tend to get worse in 2018–2020 years. In the environment of considerable quarantine\u0000constraints, which are forced steps in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, the destructive trends are attended to this day. This is especially true where these\u0000trends become a source of a considerable decline in resilience of Ukrainian industrial enterprises. It is defined, that the current crisis posed to change in the strategic and tactic of the operations of the enterprises. A lot of Ukrainian enterprises have\u0000to continue working strenuously to stabilize the business activity. In this connection,\u0000the improvement of the business climate in Ukraine is necessary tasks as a one of\u0000the effective methods to guarantee the resilience of industrial enterprises.\u0000\u0000Conclusion. In this science paper the substance of business climate as a\u0000multidimensional phenomenon, characterized by social, economic, political factors\u0000and shapes the prospects for successful development of enterprises is determined\u0000by authors. The mechanism of management of nature management processes is revealed. Installed the need for natural resources, in particular the minerals that are needed to consider as the first stage of management of processes of nature and subsoil use. Applied innovations taking into account the factor of ownership of natural resources are indicated. Mineral needs are classified according to various characteristics, which together determines the multifactorial development of mining. It is noted that mineral deposits are not yet a measured resource for geological exploration, estimation of volumes and structure of mineral extraction, their use as raw materials or goods for the development of various industries of Ukraine. It is indicated that the structure and properties of minerals mineral deposits are characterized by different resource and quality composition, therefore, in Ukraine there is a need for further geological and cost estimates of the mineral resource base to provide recommendations for its use for the creation and development of quality metallurgy.\u0000Conclusions.
