Results demonstrate that: (1) the government subsidies have significant positive correlation with the operating performance of tourism listed companies according to the full sample analysis; (2) in accordance with samples divided by the nature of property right, they have a significant impact on the operating performance of non-state-owned tourism listed companies, while for state-owned ones, the impact is not significant. The research finds: 1. Compensation incentive and equity incentive have a significant positive impact on the operating performance of listed tourism companies; 2. Compared with single incentive combination, compound incentive combination is more helpful to improve the operating performance of listed tourism companies. Taking the cities and prefectures of Hubei Province as the research object, first it calculates the tourism abundance index and tourism quality index of 17 cities and prefectures in Hubei Province, and then construct a two-dimensional matrix model of tourism abundance index and tourism quality index to further analyze the space of Hubei Province. The distribution characteristics are quantitatively analyzed, and finally, the optimization measures of the tourism spatial distribution in Hubei Province are proposed. The results of the study show that Hubei Province is rich in tourism resources, and the quality of tourism development in various regions is quite different. Although these models have shown high accuracy prediction of the occurrence of flood in a particular year, they do not quantitatively and qualitatively explain the prediction decision. This paper shows how the background features are learned that contributed to the prediction decision and further extended to explain the models with the development of explainable artificial intelligence modules such as SHAP and LIME. The dissemination of network information will increase residents' understanding of local tourism, and then affect their attitude and behavior. Through the questionnaire survey method, this paper uses spss26.0 to analyze the correlation between the dissemination of network tourism information and the tourism support of urban residents in Ethnic Minority Areas, At the same time, the process plug-in of spss26.0 is used to analyze the intermediary effect of sense of place between the dissemination of online tourism information and the tourism support of urban residents in ethnic areas. The research results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the dissemination of online tourism information and the tourism support of urban residents in ethnic areas, and sense of place plays an incomplete intermediary role between them, the mediating effect is large.
