Experimental results show that our method has better accuracy, recall rate and F1-Score. Almost all countries have made progress in manufacturing. In recent years, Chinese manufacturing enterprises, especially small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, have developed rapidly. This is because the healthy development of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is of great significance in promoting China's economy to achieve high-quality development and move forward steadily, no matter from the perspective of status and function or from the perspective of actual contribution. Based on the financial data of new over-the-counter market from 2015 to 2019, this paper uses GMM research method to analyze the profitability of China's small and medium-sized manufacturing industry, and makes an empirical analysis of its profitability and working capital. The results show that the relationship between working capital management level and profitability is not linear, but inverted U-shaped. The study further finds that the working capital turnover speed and the investment and financing policies adopted by enterprises have an impact on the profitability of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. Based on the SUPER-SBM model of DEA and Malmquist index method, this paper conducts static and dynamic evaluation on the financing efficiency of 24 listed tourism companies in China from 2011 to 2019.The results show that : (1) The financing efficiency of Chinese listed tourism companies has not reached the effective level, with an average of 0.8246 and a small change; (2) Catering tourism listed companies have the highest financing efficiency, while hotels have the lowest financing efficiency; (3) The level of financing efficiency is \"polarized\" and the development trend is obviously different, showing four types: relatively large fluctuation, effective and stable development, annual decline and continuous rise; (4) The Tfpch decreased slightly, with the smallest decline in catering sector and the largest decline in general sector. In this study, a decision-making model is constructed using the evolutionary game theory and methodology to describe the decision-making activity in the course of collaborative innovation involving enterprises, universities/research institutes under certain government policies. Furthermore, the stability of strategy selection is analyzed. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation show that only when enterprises, universities and research institutes get enough extra return will they evolve to the “ideal state”.
