The research finds: 1. Compensation incentive and equity incentive have a significant positive impact on the operating performance of listed tourism companies; 2. Compared with single incentive combination, compound incentive combination is more helpful to improve the operating performance of listed tourism companies. 摘要

本文基于激励理论、委托代理理论、剩余索求理论等相关理论,以2015 - 2019年国内27家旅游上市公司135个样本作为实际研究的数据支持,通过多元回归分析考察高管激励对旅游上市公司经营绩效的影响。研究发现:1。薪酬激励和股权激励对旅游上市公司经营绩效有显著的正向影响;2. 与单一激励组合相比,复合激励组合更有利于旅游上市公司经营绩效的提高。本文的研究结论有利于丰富旅游上市公司高管激励与经营绩效的相关研究成果,对旅游上市公司如何优化薪酬合同提高经营绩效具有指导意义。
