Research on the distribution characteristics and development countermeasures of two-dimensional matrix model in the construction of tourism space

Abstract

The analysis and evaluation of the spatial distribution characteristics of tourism in Hubei Province will help improve the tourism resources of various regions in Hubei Province, and promote the balanced development of various regions, to realize the high-quality development of tourism in Hubei Province. Taking the cities and prefectures of Hubei Province as the research object, first it calculates the tourism abundance index and tourism quality index of 17 cities and prefectures in Hubei Province, and then construct a two-dimensional matrix model of tourism abundance index and tourism quality index to further analyze the space of Hubei Province. The distribution characteristics are quantitatively analyzed, and finally, the optimization measures of the tourism spatial distribution in Hubei Province are proposed. The results of the study show that Hubei Province is rich in tourism resources, and the quality of tourism development in various regions is quite different. Therefore, a new pattern of tourism development of “two circles and three belts” should be constructed from the perspective of global tourism, and ultimately promote the tourism industry in various regions of Hubei Province, to reach coordinated development and high-quality development.
