Abstract

∗ With the advent of the information age, in order to continuously provide high-quality services to passengers, hotel management is gradually moving closer to the direction of smart tourism. In the operation and management of smart tourism hotel, the performance of employees determines the overall level of smart tourism hotel. Therefore, based on the P-O model, this paper will build an employee performance management system for the smart tourism hotel, so that the employee performance can be presented in a more intuitive way, and finally help the smart tourism hotel better manage employees and reap sustainable development.
P-O模式下智慧旅游酒店员工绩效管理体系的构建
