Dalam ruang publik yang terbuka, sangat terasa urgensitasnya untuk membangun toleransi aktif karena setiap agama sama-sama memiliki hak untuk tumbuh dan membangun moderasi tanpa mengucilkan agama yang berbeda darinya. Jika tidak segera dibumikan, maka akan sulit membangun harmonisasi bergama di ruang publik sehingga akan terus melahirkan konflik disertai pengakuan eksistensi satu agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, usaha mengungkap realitas empiris. Pendekatan dan analisa yang digunakan adalah verstehen dan fenomenologi, yakni keterbukaan manusia dengan realita dunianya dimana dirinya hidup dengan memahami konsep dasar, hambatan, prospek, dan bentuk-bentuk pendidikan interreligius sebagai wacana moderasi antar umat beragama. The second issues is the study of the methodological aspects. This field has a significant role in determining and measuring the validity and truth of human knowledge. In addition, the philosophy of science functions as a liaison, integrate, and harmonize between one science and another. Therefore, it can be said that there is no integration and harmony between various branches of knowledge without a philosophy of science. This conclusion can be true and valid if it is based on the principle of the philosophy of science in Islam. The conclusion will be different if the teaching of philosophy of science is based in the perspective of secular philosophy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role, position, and function of philosophy in studying science in terms of sources, object, benefits, methods of obtaining, and the relation between one knowledge and another. This type of research is qualitative based on library sources using a deductive rational analysis and approach. Namun hal ini memunculkan dilematis dimana begitu mudahnya ilmuwan muslim menafsirkan Al-Quran dari sudut pandangnya terkhusus tentang astronomi. Hal ini yang kemudian perlu dijelaskan bahwa penafsiran Al-Quran memiliki syarat dan ketentuan dalam tafsir terutama tentang ayat-ayat astronomi. Artikel ini mencoba menguraikan frame work penafsiran ayat-ayat astronomi dengan menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan atau library research dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analisis. Ditemukan bahwa penafsiran ayat astronomi di dalam Al-Quran harus berangkat dari penafsiran ma’thur. Konsekuensinya, gerakan perempuan terpengaruh dan harus mengikuti arus modernisasi.Ketertindasan dan suborninasi yang dirasakan kaum perempuan bukanlah disebabkan oleh kodratnya tetapi terjadi karena adanya konstruksi sosial-budaya yang memang sengaja diciptakan oleh pihak yang berkepentingan yaitu kaum laki-laki. Ketertindasan perempuan bukan saja dalam ranah domestik (rumah tangga) dan publik, juga terjadi dalam konstruksi ilmu pengetahuan. Dalam konsep epistemologi modern kekuasan kaum perempuan telah ditelikung dan dilumpuhkan, ilmu pengetahuan sosial yang bersifat positivistik menciptakan kondisi yang meletakkan wanita sebagai posisi yang lemah, ilmu pengetahuan sosial dikontruksikan oleh kaum laki-laki yang menampilkan dirinya sangat seksis dan androsentris yang disusun berdasarkan praksangka-prasangka negatif dan inferior kaum laki-laki terhadap kaum perempuan.Epistemologi feminis adalah langkah untuk melakukan upaya mencari jalan keluar dari ketertindasan, dibutuhkan adanya penafsiran yang berperspektif gender yang tidak lain adalah sebuah penafsiran yang memberikan perhatian dan kepemihakan terhadap kelompok jenis kelamin yang tertindas, yang membela hak-hak perempuan. Maka perlu adanya penafsiran berprespektif gender yang tidak mesti harus dicurigai sebagai upaya westernisasi pemahaman al Qur`an. Karena al Qur`an tidak menafikan adanya perbedaan anatomi biologis, tetapi bagaimana perbedaan ini tidak dijadikan dasar untuk mengistimewakan jenis kelamin yang satu dengan jenis kelamin lainnya.AbstractModernism has accepted and encouraged women to take part in the public sector, but at the same time it is demanded to remain active in the domestic sector. Consequently, the women's movement is affected and must follow the flow of modernization.The oppression and subordination felt by women are not caused by nature but occured because of the socio-cultural construction that was deliberately created by the interested parties of men. Women's oppression is not only in the domestic (household) and public sphere, also occurs in the construction of science. In modern epistemological concepts the power of women has been torn and paralyzed, positivistic social science creates conditions that place women as weak positions, social sciences are constructed by men who present themselves highly sexist and androcentric based on prejudices negative and inferior male to female. Formally, the Indonesian government recognizes the formal religion based on the policy or the constitution in Indonesia. That is Presidental Decree number 1 the year 1965 and Constitution Number 5 the year 1969. According to the constitution, the formal religions are Islam, Christian, Catholic, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Confucianism. But Confucianism was marginalized on the new order of Indonesia based on the decree of the Ministry of Home Affairs year 1974. Because of this marginalization of Confucianism, the followers of it must fill the religion column with a stripe sign or choose five of formal religion. out from the five formal religion is considered as local religion or indigenous. But, in Indonesia, there is much local religion that has been existed centuries ago before the freedom of Indonesia. Even though based on The Ministry of culture and Tourism in 2003, there were 245 local religions in Indonesia. Because local religions were not recognized, it was thought that Indonesia had no religion before the first century. So, this article explains about 1) the chronology of recognition of formal religions and local/indigenous religion in Indonesia and 2) the effect of political religion on formal and local/indigenous religion. I argue that because of a narrow understanding of religion, so the policy or the constitution about religion in Indonesia seems narrow and impact on marginalization to civil society that believes in local religion/indigenous religion, because of this policy indigenous community in Indonesia do not have their rights such as recognition of the name of their indigenous religion in ID card and administration service. Perdebatan tersebut menjalar sampai pada ruang-ruang akademik, bahkan menjelma menjadi tema-tema kajian oleh beberapa peneliti. Pro-kontra atas kebolehan perempuan menjadi pemimpin terjadi hingga era modern sekarang ini. Amina Wadud dengan penafsiran Hermeneutikanya hadir membawa angin segar bagi para pengkaji perempuan. Menurut Wadud penafsiran klasik lebih menjurus kepada bias gender, dan lebih berpihak kepada laki-laki sehingga sangat tidak relevan bila diterapkan di era modern seperti sekarang ini. Wadud dengan Hermeneutikanya memaparkan bahwa penafsiran tidak hanya berhenti pada asbabul Nuzul/Asbabul Wurud sebuah dalil, atau konteks bahasanya saja, akan tetapi juga sesuai dengan kondisi dan fenomena yang terjadi pada saat ini bukan lagi melihat masa lalu. Hadis sebagai interpretasi pemikiran reformis Nabi Saw, tidak sepantasnya berindikasi bias Gender karena Hadis hadir sebagai penjelas al-Qur’an. The Qur'an is recited at weddings with different rhythms. This difference is important to study. The purpose of the study was to determine the type of rhythm of the song recited by the qori at the wedding, the correlation between the theme of the wedding, the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an, and the rhythm of the recitation, as well as the response of the reciter and mustamik in the event. This research is qualitative research using field research for two months. The theory of ethnomusicology becomes a reference for the answers to the existing questions. The rhythm of the song at the wedding: ijᾱz, Rast, Sikᾱ,Nahᾱwand, Bayyᾱtī with various variations. The theme of the wedding ceremony focuses on verses that are following the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an about marriage, and the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an affect the reciter in reciting the verses of the Qur'an. The reception of the reciter is taḥadduṡ bi al-ni'mah through tawassul to the recitation teacher in the hope of obtaining blessings in reading the Qur'an. Yang membedakannya hanyalah tingkat ketakwaannya dihadapan Tuhan. Akan tetapi banyak orang beranggapan bahwa perempuan itu kedudukannya satu tingkat di bawah laki-laki. Sehingga para penafsir klasik sering kali menafsirkan bahwasanya perempuan tidaklah bisa bisa berada dalam ruang publik. Maka dari itu seringkali perempuan termarginalkan oleh laki-laki, hak-hak kebebasan terhadap perempuan seringkali terikat oleh laki-laki. Hasil dari tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa Amina Wadud menggunakan metode hermeneutiknya dalam menafsirkan perempuan di dalam bingkai al-Qur’an. Sehingga beliau mengkritik para mufassir klasik yang mengatakan bahwa perempuan tidak sebanding dengan laki-laki. Maka dari itu bagi Amina Wadud perempuan dengan laki-laki itu adalah sama. Perempuan juga bisa seperti laki-laki, dia juga bisa berada dalam ruang publik. Sehingga pada saat sekarang ini perempuan juga harus bisa berperan baik itu di dalam urusan politik, masyarakat bahkan hal lainnya. Oleh sebab itu kedudukan perempuan tersebut tersebut sebanding dengan laki-laki dan juga tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwasanya perempuan juga bisa melakukan apa yang dilakukan oleh laki-laki.In this case, in fact, women in the Qur'an are very glorified and also have similarities between men and women. What distinguishes him is only the level of his piety before God. However, many people assume that women are one level below men. So classical interpreters often interpret that women cannot be in the public sphere. Therefore, women are often marginalized by men, the rights of freedom to women are often bound by men. The results of this paper show that Amina Wadud used hermeneutic methods in interpreting women in the frame of the Qur'an. So he criticized the classical mufassir who said that women are not comparable to men. Therefore for Amina Wadud women with men it is the same. A woman can also be like a man, she can also be in a public space. So that at this time women must also be able to play a good role in political affairs, society and even other things. Rumahtangga seharusnya menjadi tempat untukmembina keluarga dengan saling mengasihi dan menyayangi. Namun faktanya ada perilakukekerasan dan kerap tidak terdeteksi karenaberada di ruang yang tertutup. Kekerasanterhadap perempuan dalam rumah tanggaibarat gunung es, yang kasusnya setiap tahunsemakin bertambah. Riset ini menggunakanstudi literatur dengan mengkaji dan menelaahteks al-Qur’an yang berkaitan dengan kekerasan terhadap perempuan. Pendekatanyang digunakan adalah tafsir maqashidi dengan mencoba menggali dari maksud dan tujuan di balik teks tersebut. Hasil temuannyamemperlihatkan pandangan yang solid, dimanadi dalam pendekatan tafsir maqashidi terdapataspek-aspek maqashid tentang kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Kekerasan dan penganiayaanyang dilakukan dapat menghalangi terjaganyaagama (hifdz al-din). Kekerasan terhadapperempuan juga merupakan ancaman bagiterselematkannya jiwa (hifdz al-nafs). Kekerasan terhadap perempuan juga akanmenghalangi terjaganya keturunan (hifdz al-nasl). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara para mursyid, khalifah dan juga dari unsur pengikut tarekat. Kemudian juga dilakukan pengumpulan data dengan melakukan focus group discussion (FGD). Hasil penelitian telah menemukan bahwa genealogi tarekat Khalwatiyah Samman di yang berpusat di Campalagian, Sulawesi Barat berbeda dengan silsilah tarekat Khalwatiyah Samman di Pattene’ dan Leppakomae, Sulawesi Selatan. Sedangkan genealogi tarekat Qadiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah (TQN) yang berpusat di Mapilli berasal dari silsilah annangguru Adam yang diterima dari KH. Sutomo Syamsuddin al-Asrari (mursyid TQN di Makassar), yang juga diterima dari TQN di Suryalaya. Kata kunci: silsilah, tasawuf, tarekat, Khalwatiyyah Samman, Qadiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah. AbstractThis article aims to describe the existence and lineage of the tarekat Khalwatiyah Samman and the tarekat Qadiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah (TQN that developed in West Sulawesi and have survived to this day. The purpose of this study is to complement previous studies on tarekat organizations in developing Islamic teachings in West Sulawesi. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. Sources of data were obtained from interviews with murshids, caliphs and also from followers. Then also carried out data collection by conducting focus group discussions (FGD). The results of the study have found that the genealogy of the tarekat Khalwatiyah Samman in which is based in Campalagian, West Sulawesi is different from the genealogy of the Khalwatiyah Samman in Pattene' and Leppakomae, South Sulawesi. While the genealogy of the tarekat Qadiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah (TQN) which is based in Mapilli comes from the genealogy of annangguru Adam received from KH.
