In Mexico, the first internet connection occurred just over three decades ago. Since then, internet access has enabled the gradual advancement of education into the digital age. The Covid-19 pandemic has forcibly and massively challenged us to digitalize educational work. The present research is an experimental study of self-regulated learning in a higher-education digital environment with a group of first-year university students attending a private institution in northern Mexico. Thus, it is imperative to fully use modern information technology, establish a teaching management system, and improve the level of teaching management and school operation efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to study the college teaching management system based on computer and Internet technology. It expounds the general situation of teaching management in colleges and universities, formulates the design scheme of teaching management system in colleges and universities, and designs in detail around the modules of teaching management, examination management, system management, and student management. Using ASP.NET technology to create and manage Web application platform, using the combination of B/S and C/S as the development language, developed and realized 7 functional modules of SQL Server database system. Finally, the performance test and system operation test are gotten. The participants were twelve tutors, ninety-five tutees and ten teachers of English. Open-ended questions were put into Google Form, and the link was sent to the targeted students via their teachers. All three stakeholders viewed English online peer tutoring positively. The tutors said they gained knowledge and felt good helping others. They also said tutoring improved their responsibility and communication abilities. This program gave tutees good English-learning environment. After tutoring, they gained more pals. The teachers say peer tutoring improves students’ academic performance, self-confidence, and attitudes. However, certain challenges must be addressed. Some tutors lacked pedagogical abilities, were demotivated when tutees left the room, and lacked confidence during the first few sessions. The tutees' internet troubles interrupted tutoring sessions. The teachers' fast pace made it hard for tutees to keep up. Specifically, the current study hypothesis that personality traits of extroversion, agreeableness, consciousness, neuroticism, and openness correlate significantly with individuals' attitudinal-behavioral disposition of motivation, which would also impact lifelong learning. Due to the dynamic process of learning foreign languages and the belief that fluency in other languages offers economic benefits and practical applications, foreign language learning provides a suitable context for the present study. Therefore, we hypothesize that individuals who learn foreign languages are also the most likely to engage in lifelong learning. In addition, the data is collected by the fully online learning system as a result of the Covid 19 disease's spread. This makes the study even more meaningful to the study of online learning and distance education. In the present study, seven latent variables are developed and tested, totaling 45 measurement items. The survey is conducted to 200 undergraduates from east Malaysia, and only students currently enrolled in foreign language courses will be chosen as respondents. The PLS-SEM will be used to analyzing the data, and we employ two-stage approach for data analysis: (i) measurement model and (ii) analysis of the structural model. Kahoot! is an example of an engaging, game-based student response system that has an impact on teaching and learning. This study is conducted a systematic literature review focused on the area of the digital-based learning tool used, Kahoot!, in the context of the challenges faced by learners and teachers in the learning process. Therefore, in this review, the researcher applied the five steps of the systematic literature review, 1) Framing question for review; 2. Identifying relevant work; 3) Assessing the quality of studies; 4) Summarizing the evidence 5) Interpreting the findings. This paper was thoroughly examined and synthesized using ten articles selected from two databases, Mendeley and ScienceDirect. This review takes the sample only from higher education. The result indicates the main challenges encountered by students were technical errors such as low internet connection and a lack of experience and skills in using technology. The features of this platform affect negatively students’ interest and motivation. The data period in this paper is from 2000 to 2018, the sample country is Thailand, and annual data are collected. The degree of capital account opening uses the capital account net value as the data, the financial market stability uses the Thailand stock price index as the proxy variable, and the control variable uses the International Monetary Fund (IMF) indicator: the financial market efficiency index. We use wavelet analysis to demonstrate it. Empirical results: (1) on the island of correlation, regardless of whether control variables are included, there is no correlation between the two variables during the full sample period. The degree of capital account opening in Thailand is not related to the stability of the financial market (Thailand stock market). (2) The short-term (1-4 years) phase difference shows that, regardless of whether the control variables are included; there is no correlation between the two variables during the entire sample period. The degree of capital account opening in Thailand is not related to the stability of the financial market (Thailand stock market). There is no long-term (4-8 years) linkage relationship. In view of the empirical results, it is recommended that international investors be optimistic about the changes in the degree of capital account opening in Thailand's balance of payments and the changes in its net value when investing in the Thailand's stock market in the short and long-term. Because of the degree of opening of the Thailand's capital account, there is no correlation to the Thailand's stock market. Therefore, in this paper, in order to dig deeper into the information data and promote the improvement of the quality of liberal arts teaching, the decision tree algorithm was used as the basic basis to design the analysis and management system of liberal arts courses. The article first analyzed the decision tree algorithm, then presented the framework of the course analysis and management system, designs the database, and finally implemented the system using ASP.NET development language. The results showed that this system performed well in terms of accuracy and running time. Therefore, the task of the teacher is not just to transfer the amount of knowledge to the student, but to teach him to learn, to think. It is difficult to achieve this, but it is possible. To do this, we use the project method in our activities. The aim of the project offered to students is to develop their research skills (problem formulation, literature review, analysis, generalization) by researching and plotting a curve given by parametric equations or in polar coordinates. During the work on the project, the following tasks are solved: to interest students in higher mathematics, to develop students' creative abilities, to form communication skills and the ability to cooperate, to use the opportunity to study mathematical objects through any software. Groups of students (3-4 people) are offered projects for the study and construction of curves given by parametric equations or in polar coordinates. The work on the project consists of: literature review, research without the use of a derivative, research using a derivative, plotting, presentation and protection of the finished product. The ability to construct curves given by parametric equations or in polar coordinates will be useful not only when solving problems related to various applications of a define integral, but also with their extensive application in practical life, in particular in the manufacture of watches or in the design of bobsleigh tracks.
