The Airport Authority Office carries out supervision in the field of airport facilities and equipment, airport services and operations . The aim of this research is to determine the role and inhibiting factors of the Regional III Airport Authority Office in monitoring terminal 1 facilities at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. The research method used is qualitative. Qualitative research is a research process by understanding the phenomena that occur, writing down the data obtained from informant sources, then presenting it in the form of word descriptions. Data sources were obtained from primary data and secondary data, with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation at the Regional III Airport Authority Office. The results of this research indicate that the role of the Regional III Airport Authority Office is to carry out inspections at terminal 1 facilities, airport operator PT Angkasa Pura 1, as well as Level of Service (LoS) inspections during Nataru and Angleb at Juanda International Airport. Jbi. The data sources for this research were collected by studying documents, case files and library materials. The research results show that the legal basis used as a judge's consideration in imposing sanctions on perpetrators of illegal logging crimes is the demands of the Prosecutor/Public Prosecutor, namely the crime in Article 83 paragraph (1) letter b in conjunction with Article 12 letter e of RI Law No. 18 of 2013 concerning Prevention and Eradication of Forest Destruction, with a prison sentence of 1 (one) year in prison reduced to the time the defendant is in temporary detention with an order that the defendant remain in detention and a fine of Rp. 500,000,000,- (five hundred million rupiah) subsidiary 3 (three) months in prison, and the judge decided on this crime with a sentence of 1 year in prison and a fine of Rp. 500,000,000,- (five hundred million rupiah). In Islamic criminal law, the criminal act of illegal logging (Illegal Logging) committed by the defendant is included in the category of jarimah ta'zir because there are no provisions in the text regarding this criminal act. This research uses the theory of Technological Determination which focuses on: 1) Changes in Human Technology, 2) Changes in Various Communications, 3) The Emergence of Communication Equipment by Humans. Supported by the 7P Promotion Mix theory (Promotion Mix), namely 1) Service Provider. 2) Process. 3) Physical Support Facilities. 4) Products. 5) Price. 6) Distribution Channels. 7) Promotion. This research uses qualitative methods and a netnographic approach through online data collection techniques through observing followers such as likes, comments and shares as well as the interaction of the Disporapar Jateng Instagram admin with followers, content analysis to identify the type of content, visual style and message delivery of each post. Data collection was also carried out through in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of research on Technological Determination in Central Java Disporapar: 1) Changes in Human Technology, Updating devices for content production on Instagram, 2) Changes in Various Communications, Promotion of Central Java tourist destinations carried out online via Instagram media, 3) The emergence of Human Communication Equipment, Websites \" visitjawatengah.jatengprov.go.id” as a new breakthrough in Central Java information. Through the 7P Promotion Mix (Promotion Mix), dividing elements from the Public Relations and Marketing workforce to cover Central Java tourist destinations for marketing. Land disputes are a recurring and relevant topic. Obtaining land as a capital for various needs along with population growth, development trends, and access to various parties. Ways to resolve land disputes can be done through mediation, arbitration, or litigation. Mediation is the preferred method because it is a family matter and does not require a large cost. Arbitration is a method of resolving disputes outside the court with a neutral third party as an arbitrator. Litigation is a method of resolving disputes through the court, and it is the last resort. The research method used is through the use of primary data, namely mediation data and legal documents related to land disputes for a total of people. Based on the description of the problem, the aim of writing this research is to solve the problem of children's lack of knowledge regarding understanding and recognizing letters which is the basis of reading ability. The method used in this research is the Qualitative Method, namely a method that focuses on in-depth observation. Based on the research we have conducted, the use of letter board media not only provides children with an introduction and understanding of the alphabet. However, it also develops children's language skills in arranging letters to form new words thereby increasing children's vocabulary. The results of the research reveal that this research seeks to produce a comprehensive and in-depth picture of how human rights studies have evolved and changed over time. The limitation of this research is that the articles used are only sourced from scopus databases so the research findings cannot describe comprehensively about human rights in the world. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Informants were selected through purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and documentation. The data collected was analyzed using the principles for structuring electoral districts and seat allocation as stated by Lisa Handley and Article 185 of Law No. 7 of 2017 concerning Elections. The research results show that the application of the district magnitude principle in determining electoral districts and seat allocation is in accordance with the established principles. The principle of impartiality by existing and preparing electoral district plans and then public testing. The principle of equality through the implementation of opovov, however the number of electoral districts needs to be evaluated so that proportionality is met.
