One innovation that is increasingly developing is the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbots as a customer support tool. PT. Matahari Department Store, as a leading retail company in Indonesia, has also adopted this technology to improve its business support services. However, the impact of legal aspects related to the use of AI chatbots still requires in-depth study. This research aims to comprehensively analyze the legal aspects related to the use of AI Chatbots in business support services by PT. Matahari Department Store. The main focus of the research includes aspects of data security, consumer privacy, and compliance with retail business regulations that apply in Indonesia. This research uses a normative juridical approach with analytical descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out through literature studies, in-depth interviews with related parties at PT. Matahari Department Store, and a review of relevant legal regulations. Data analysis was carried out comparatively to identify comparisons between company practices and applicable legal provisions. This research produces an in-depth understanding of the legal aspects of using AI Chatbots by PT. Matahari Department Store. The results of the analysis include data security policies, implementation of consumer privacy, and compliance with retail business regulations in Indonesia. The research also highlights the challenges and opportunities companies face in managing these legal aspects. In the context of the use of AI Chatbots by PT. Matahari Department Store, data security and consumer privacy policies need to be strengthened. A deep understanding of retail business regulations is the key to ensuring company compliance with applicable laws. Recommendations are prepared for the development of internal policies to ensure compliance and optimal use of this technology in supporting the company's business legally. It is hoped that this research will make a significant contribution to understanding the legal aspects of using AI chatbots in the context of retail business in Indonesia. In the context of this research, the author conveys several suggestions which are expected to make a positive contribution to the development of the use of AI Chatbots by PT. By analyzing these errors, this study hopes to provide better insight into linguistic aspects in physics learning, and provide recommendations for improvements to improve the quality of learning materials. Based on this, researchers are interested in testing the influence of the performance of the Aviation Security unit on the quality of passenger goods inspection services at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok International Airport, which was tested partially. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. The data analysis technique in testing this research hypothesis uses a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this research show that in the validity and reliability test all variables consisting of performance and service quality are valid and reliable. In the t test, it was found that the Aviation Security Unit performance variable had a partial influence on purchasing decisions. The data source for this research was obtained from trainers and MTS Negeri 2 Lahat students who took part in extracurricular activities, numbering approximately 18 people. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Likewise with the risk of danger experienced by Avsec personnel, considering that there have been many cases that threaten the security and safety of Avsec personnel on duty. Muhammad Salahuddin Bima needs to implement an Occupational Safety and Health (K3) program that can protect physical and mental safety and health in order to improve the performance of Aviation Security officers. Quantitative methods were used in this research, which focused on all Aviation Security (AVSEC) officers on duty at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport located in Bima. A total of 40 respondents were selected as samples for this research. Primary and secondary data sources were used to collect relevant information, while validity, reliability, linear regression analysis, t-test and coefficient calculation were applied for data analysis. Based on the t-test carried out in this research, variable X has a positive and significant effect on Y. Through transparent and accurate parking ticket facilities, they provide fair treatment to consumers, ensuring clear information regarding parking rates and times. When talking about the 1945 Constitution, the thing that sticks is amendments. Amendments are activities carried out by authorized institutions to change or add provisions to the 1945 Constitution. Along with developments over time, the 1945 Constitution has also undergone amendments. Since 1945 until now, the 1945 Constitution has undergone 4 amendments, namely from 1999 to 2002. The amendments to the 1945 Constitution have had an impact on the constitutional system. This law amends articles 64 and 66 and deletes article 65, which results in several changes in the concept of outsourcing compared to before. First, the term used now is \"outsourcing\", no longer distinguishing between \"work contract agreement\" or \"worker service provision agreement\". Second, the type of agreement that can be used in outsourcing is PKWTT or PKWTT with the transfer of protection of workers' rights if there is a change in outsourcing company, provided that the work object still exists. Third, restrictions on types of work are removed, so that outsourcing no longer differentiates between core business and critical business. The flexibility provided by the 2023 Job Creation Law in terms of outsourcing provides employers with the opportunity to reduce the number of workers, which has the potential to impact workers' rights.
