Through transparent and accurate parking ticket facilities, they provide fair treatment to consumers, ensuring clear information regarding parking rates and times. Abstract

The objectives of this research are as follows: To find out, study and analyze legal protection for parking service consumers (Study at Boemi Kedaton Mall Bandar Lampung) and to find out, study and analyze the responsibility of parking service managers towards consumer rights (Study at Boemi Kedaton Mall Bandar Lampung).
