Based on this, researchers are interested in testing the influence of the performance of the Aviation Security unit on the quality of passenger goods inspection services at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok International Airport, which was tested partially. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. The data analysis technique in testing this research hypothesis uses a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this research show that in the validity and reliability test all variables consisting of performance and service quality are valid and reliable. In the t test, it was found that the Aviation Security Unit performance variable had a partial influence on purchasing decisions. 摘要
这项研究的动机是利用 3S+1C(安全、安保、服务和投诉)原则确保飞行过程中的安全和舒适,同时要求航空安全保卫人员利用 3S(微笑、问候、打招呼)方法为乘客提供服务。基于此,研究人员有兴趣测试航空安全单位的绩效对 Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok 国际机场旅客货物检查服务质量的影响,并进行了部分测试。使用的抽样技术是概率抽样。检验该研究假设的数据分析技术采用了简单线性回归分析技术。研究结果表明,在有效性和可靠性测试中,由绩效和服务质量组成的所有变量都是有效和可靠的。在 t 检验中,发现航空保安部队绩效变量对购买决策有部分影响。决定系数检验结果表明,绩效变量对乘客服务质量的影响为 48.7%。
