Penggunaan secara tepat sasaran akan meningkatkan semangat siswa untuk memberikan perhatian pada materi yang diajarkan. Seperti diketahui sebagian besar siswasamapai saat ini terbanyak masih memperoleh pembelajaran model konfensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh model pembelajaran inquiry dan problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas xi di sma n 1 motoling dalam proses pembelajaran yang diterapkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen faktorial 2x2 yakni penelitian komparasi dengan desain factorial. Metode eksperimen dalam penelitan ini menggunakan jenis desain penelitian dengan metode pretest-posttest control design. Disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran inquiry dan model problem based learning mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di SMA N 1 Motoling. Namun dari hasil percobaan di atas juga menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran Problem based learning lebih unggul dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Inquiry, Problem Based Learning, Hasil Belajar ABSTRACT The learning model used in the learning process is one of the factors determining the success of student learning outcomes. Using it in a targeted manner will increase students' enthusiasm to pay attention to the material being taught. As is known, the majority of students up to now still receive conventional learning models. This research aims to find out how the inquiry learning model and problem based learning influence student learning outcomes in class 1 economics at SMA N 1 Motoling in the applied learning process. The method used in this research is the 2x2 factorial experimental method, namely comparative research with a factorial design. The experimental method in this research uses a type of research design with a pretest-posttest control design method. It was concluded that using the inquiry learning model and problem based learning model was able to improve student learning outcomes at SMA N 1 Motoling. However, the experimental results above also show that the problem based learning method is superior in improving student learning outcomes. Kecamatan Tondano Selatan Kabupaten Minahasa menjadi lokasi pelaksanaan penelitian. Sampel penelitian ini berasal dari SMA Negeri 2 Tondano, dan terdiri dari tiga puluh murid. Untuk mengumpulkan informasi, kuesioner dikirim ke responden. Analisis regresi linier berganda adalah apa yang digunakan saat melihat data. Menurut hasil, baik motivasi keluarga dan self-efficacy berdampak pada minat dalam mengajar ekonomi, dan kedua sifat mempengaruhi minat mengajar dengan cara yang saling melengkapi. Selain itu, efikasi diri dan motivasi keluarga keduanya mempengaruhi minat mengajar secara umum. Kata kunci: Motivasi Keluarga, Efeksi diri, minat menjadi guru Abstract This research seeks to answer the question, \"How does a student's level of self-efficacy, as well as the amount of support they get from their family, affect their decision to pursue a career as an economics teacher?\" A survey was employed as the methodology for this investigation. The South Tondano sub-district of the Minahasa Regency was the location where the study was carried out. The sample for this research came from SMA Negeri 2 Tondano, and it consisted of thirty pupils. In order to gather information, questionnaires are sent out to respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis is what is used while looking at the data. According to the results, both family motivation and self-efficacy impacted interest in teaching economics, and both traits affected interest in teaching in a complementary way. Furthermore, self-efficacy and family motivation both affected interest in teaching in general. Materi yang di kembangkan yaitu materi pelatihan kewirausahaan UMKM dengan garis besar materi Ciri-Ciri, Karakteristik Dan Prinsip-Prinsip Kewirausahaan; Kreativitas Dan Inovasi Berwirausaha; Bagaimana Mendapatkan Modal Usaha; Pengelolaan Keuangan Keluarga dan Pemasaran online. Uji coba materi pelatihan kewirausahaan UMKM ini di katakan sangat efektif karena bisa dapat dengan mudah di pahami oleh subjek Uji coba yaitu Pelaku UMKM di Kotamobagu Selatan Kota Kotamobagu dengan di lihat dari pelaksanaan siklus Uji Coba Produk Pengembangan Materi Kewirausahaan UMKM yang hanya di laksanakan 1 kali siklus Action Reseaarch sudah menghasilkan pemahaman dan literasi materi pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi pelaku UMKM. Populasi penelitian adalah 51, dan ukuran sampel adalah 45. Teknik penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan substansial dan menguntungkan antara variabel minat kewirausahaan dan praktik kerja industri (X2) dan pendidikan kewirausahaan (X1) (Y). Nilai Fcalculate yang diperoleh adalah 5,582, menunjukkan bahwa, pada tingkat signifikan 0,05 atau 5 persen, Fcalculate > Ftabel = 5,582 > 3,22. Persamaan regresi = Y 36,025 + 0,406 X1 + 0,043 X2 juga ditemukan dalam penyelidikan ini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa besarnya kinerja 36.025 terlihat dari nilai konstan. Dalam hal variabel konstan, Praktik Kerja Industri akan menghasilkan peningkatan minat kewirausahaan sebesar 0,043 sementara Pendidikan Kewirausahaan akan meningkatkannya sebesar 0,406. Kata kunci : Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Praktik Kerja Industri dan Minat Berwirausaha ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to ascertain the impact of industrial work practices and entrepreneurship education on class Xii pupils at Smk Negeri 2 Tondano's entrepreneurial interest. The study's population was 51, and the sample size was 45. Quantitative research techniques. The findings revealed a substantial and favorable relationship between the variables of entrepreneurial interest and industrial work practices (X2) and education in entrepreneurship (X1) (Y). The Fcalculate value obtained is 5.582, indicating that, at a significant level of 0.05 or 5 percent, Fcalculate > Ftabel = 5.582 > 3.22. The regression equation = Y 36.025 + 0.406 X1 + 0.043 X2 was also discovered in this investigation. It may be inferred that the 36,025 performance magnitude is apparent from the constant value. Kemampuan Belajar Siswa Kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Amurang. Populasi Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah Siswa Kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 AmurangYang Berjumlah 56 Siswa. Sedangkan Sampel Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah 49 . Berdasarkan hasil koefisien korelasidiatas sebesar 0,220. Dalam menentukan koefisiendeterminan dilakukan untuk menentukan besar kontribusiKompetensi Profesional dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa terhadap Kemampuan belajar siswa dengan menggunakan rumus KD = r2 x 100% = 0,220 x 100% = 22,0 % dengan demikian besar kontribusi Kompetensi Profesional dan Motivasi Belajar Siswaterhadap Kemampuan belajar siswa adalah 22,0%. Berdasarkan hasil uji diatas, dapat dilihat f hitung sebesar 6,701 > f tabel sebesar 3,200 dengan demikian KompetensiProfesional dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa terhadap Kemampuanbelajar siswa secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kemampuan belajar siswa sebesar 22,0 %. This research aims to determine the influence of professional competency and student learning motivation on teacher competency, which is one of the factors for the success of learning at school. The problem encountered is that some students are still not maximally motivated in learning in class. Learning Ability of Class XI Students at SMK Negeri 1 Amurang. The population in this study was Class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Amurang, totaling 56 students. Meanwhile, the sample in this study was 49. Based on the results of the correlation coefficient above, it is 0.220. In determining the determinant coefficient, it is carried out to determine the contribution of Professional Competency and Student Learning Motivation to student learning abilities using the formula KD = r2 x 100% = 0.220 x 100% = 22.0%, thus the contribution of Professional Competency and Student Learning Motivation to Ability is large. student learning is 22.0%. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Survey dengan sampel siswa 86. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik kuesioner (angket), observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linear ganda, dan analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi ganda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan (1) Terdapat pengaruh Kedisiplinan (X1) terhadap Hasil belajar siswa (Y) pada siswa kelas X dan XI mata pelajaran Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 5 Manado. X1 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,022 < 0,05. Dan nilai t hitung 2.338 < 1,999 t tabel. Terdapat pengaruh Konsentrasi Belajar (X2) terhadap Hasil Belajar siswa (Y) pada siswa kelas X dan XI mata pelajaran Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 5 Manado. X1 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,000< 0,05. Terdapat Pengaruh Kedisiplinan (X1) dan Konsentrasi Belajar Siswa (X2) terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa (Y) pada siswa kelas X dan XI mata pelajaran Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 5 Manado X1 dan X2 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,000< 0,05.
