Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, yang datanya dikumpulkan di desa kotamenara, menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Data yang di dapatkan merupakan data primer, yang kemudian data di analisis menggunakan teknik reduksi, penyajian, dan pengapsahan data, serta penarikan kesimpulan.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan sangat rendahnya ketertarikan anak-anak desa kotamenara untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi, hal ini disebabkan karena adanya delapan faktor diantaranya: pekerjaan, sosial ekonomi orang tua, kurangnya dukungan keluarga/orang tua, akses informasi, motivasi, Asumsi, lingkungan dan pemerintah desa. Diantara ke delapan faktor ini, faktor sosial ekonomi orang tua, dukungan keluarga/orang tua dan motivasi merupakan faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi keputusan anak-anak desa kotamenara untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi, namun bukan berarti faktor lain tidak begitu mempengaruhi melainkan faktor-faktor ini saling berkaitan.   Kata Kunci: Faktor-faktor keputusan, Pendidikan tinggi, Anak desa kotamenara     Abstrak The aim of the research was to determine the decision factors that influence children in Kotamenara Village to continue their education to college. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method, the data of which was collected in Kotamenara village, using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The data obtained is primary data, which is then analyzed using data reduction, presentation and validation techniques, as well as drawing conclusions. The results of this study show the very low interest of Kotamenara village children in continuing their education to tertiary institutions, this is due to eight factors including: employment, parents' socio-economics, lack of family/parental support, access to information, motivation, assumptions, environment. and village government. Among these eight factors, socio-economic factors of parents, family/parental support and motivation are factors that greatly influence the decision of Kotamenara village children to continue their education to tertiary institutions, but this does not mean that other factors are not as influential, but these factors related to each other. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Literasi Kewirausahaan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Pendapatan petani gula aren, Motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadapap Pendapatan petani gula aren, Literasi Kewirausahaan dan Motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Pendapatan petani gula aren.Kata kunci : Literasi Kewirausahaam, Motivasi Kerja, Pendapatan petani ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of the entrepreneurial literacy and work motivation variables on the income of palm sugar farmers. This research is a survey research. This research was conducted in Tambelang Village, South Touluaan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The sample in this study were 75 respondents who were palm sugar farmers in Tambelang village. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Metode kuesioner adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data (angket). Teknik penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survei, yang merupakan semacam penelitian kuantitatif. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis uji korelasi ganda antara keterampilan pedagogik (X2) dan media pembelajaran (X1) terhadap hasil belajar siswa (Y), hasilnya adalah r = 0,709, dengan koefisien determinasi r2 = 0,5026 atau 50%. Selain itu, signifikansi koefisien harus diverifikasi untuk melihat apakah dapat digeneralisasi atau tidak dengan menghitung f hitung temuan, yang dihitung menjadi 15,184 pada tingkat kepercayaan 95 persen ( = 0,05). Mendapat nilai f tabel = 3,259 tetapi ditemukan bahwa f hitung adalah 15,184 > F tabel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier sederhana dan berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh membuktikan bahwa t hitung yang diperoleh 8,856 > t tabel 2,002 artinya 8,856 > 2,002 dan besarnya nilai signifikansi variabel bebas (kesiapan belajar dan pengulangan materi pelajaran) pada uji t adalah 0,001 atau < 0,05. Kesiapan belajar dan pengulangan materi pelajaran adalah prinsip belajar yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Dengan kesiapan belajar yang baik dan diikuti dengan materi yang berulang setiap harinya akan menghasilkan hasil belajar yang baik. Sehingga semakin baik kesiapan belajar dan semakin sering siswa mengulang materi siswa pelajaran, maka semakin tinggi capaian pembelajaran yang dicapai.. Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi, Kesiapan Belajar, Pengulangan Materi Pembelajaran   ABSTRACT. This research was conducted to prove whether there is a significant influence between learning readiness and simultaneous and partial repetition of lesson material on the learning outcomes of economics subjects in class Xl IPS students at SMA Negeri 2 Tondano. The research method used is the survey method. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple and multiple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS. The research results obtained prove that the t count obtained is 8.856 > t table 2.002, meaning 8.856 > 2.002 and the significance value of the independent variables (readiness to learn and repetition of lesson material) in the t test is 0.001 or < 0.05. Readiness to learn and repetition of lesson material are learning principles that can influence student learning outcomes. Having good study readiness and following it up with repeated material every day will produce good learning results. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi, setelah data terkumpul dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi ganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 29. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Ratahan; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Ratahan (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara media pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Ratahan.Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Motivasi Belajar, Hasil Belajar AbstractThis research aims to find out how learning media and learning motivation influence the accounting learning outcomes of class X students majoring in accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Ratahan. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a sample of 20 students. The data collection method uses questionnaires and documentation, after the data is collected it is continued with multiple linear regression analysis, simple correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis using SPSS 29. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive analysis techniques. The data collection methods used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The result of this study is that the effectiveness of using village funds for the development and empowerment of the Tountimomor village community has been effective. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penyajian data, reduksi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa siswa mengungkapkan beragam pandangan mengenai pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Tetapi pandangan yang diungkapkan tentang pembelajaran berbasis proyek melalui wawancara semuanya bersifat positif. Siswa memberikan persepsi bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek mendorong motivasi siswa, meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, komunikasi, keaktifan dalam pembelajaran dan kolaborasi dalam berkelompok. Persepsi siswa menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan menarik serta memberikan pengalaman belajar yang nyata sesuai dengan tuntutan dunia kerja. Melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek, siswa diberikan bekal dalam soft skill, hard skill dan karakter. Serta siswa dilatih menjadi lulusan yang kompeten dalam bidang akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga. Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek pada jurusan Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga kelas X di SMKS Kristen 2 Sudah berjalan dengan baik walaupun masih ada kendala atau hambatan yang dialami oleh siswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Melalui penelitian ini peneliti berharap dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu referensi untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek di sekolah menengah kejuruan khususnya jurusan Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques were used, obsevation, interviews, and documentation. For data analysis, in this study using data presentation, reduction and conclusions. The result of this students expssed various viewss regarding project based learning. But the views expressed aboud project-based learning through interviews were all positive. Student’s give the perceptions that project based learning encourages student motivation, improves critical thinking skill, communication, activeness in learning and collaboration in groups. Student’s perception state that learning is fun and interesting and provides a real learning experience in accordance with the demands of the world of work. Pendekatannya kuantitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas belajar memiliki dampak yang sedikit signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Contoh itu, jika daya cipta fasilitas belajar meningkat, siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kawangkoan akan lebih termotivasi. Kedua, motivasi belajar memiliki dampak yang sedikit signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Contoh itu, jika pentingnya motivasi belajar meningkat, murid-murid Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kawangkoan akan lebih termotivasi. Ketiga, interaksi antara fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar berdampak besar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Artinya, Capaian Pembelajaran siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kawangkoan akan meningkat jika Fasilitas Belajar dan Motivasi Belajar keduanya meningkat.   Kata kunci : Pengaruh Fasilitas Belajar dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa This study's goal is to ascertain how learning facilities and learning motivation affect class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Kawangkoan's learning outcomes. In order to ascertain how the learning facilities at SMA Negeri 1 Kawangkoan affect the learning outcomes of Class XI students, to ascertain how Class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Kawangkoan's Learning Outcomes are impacted by Learning Motivation. The approach is a quantitative one. The study's findings show that learning facilities have a marginally significant impact on students' learning outcomes. Second, learning motivation has a marginally significant impact on students' learning results. That example, if the importance of learning motivation rises, Class XI pupils at SMA Negeri 1 Kawangkoan will be more motivated. Third, the interaction between learning facilities and learning motivation has a substantial impact on students' learning outcomes.
