This test strategy is a learning technique with an example of 75 individuals. The procedure used in collecting information is a survey strategy (poll) and documentation. The results of the examination were dissected using various recurrence direct examinations, basic connection examinations and various connection examinations. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linier ganda, analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi ganda. This type of quantitative research using survey methods, the sample amounted to 81 people. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation technique. The results of the study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, simple correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan domentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Tondano sudah dikatakan sangat baik dan mengalami peningkatan. Kinerja tersebut dapat dilihat dalam motivasi kinerja guru jurusan otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran ditunjukkan dengan besarnya motivasi kepala sekolah dan guru-guru di SMK Negeri 2 Tondano jurusan OTKP dalam menjalan tugasnya disekolah maupun kewajibannya di dalam kelas untuk mengajar. Hal ini juga ditunjukkan dengan kinerja guru mengenai lingkungan kerja guru-guru sudah dikatakan baik, dilihat dari keadaan lingkungan sekolah yang bersih aman dan damai. \u0000Kata Kunci : Analisis, Kinerja Guru. \u0000  \u0000                                                                                   ABSTRACK \u0000The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the teaching performance of teachers majoring in automation and office management at SMK Negeri 2 Tondano. While the method used is a qualitative method. The research location is at SMK Negeri 2 Tondano. The research subjects were teachers at SMK Negeri2 Tondano. Primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of teacher performance at SMK Negeri 2 Tondano has been said to be very good and has increased. This performance can be seen in the motivation for the performance of teachers majoring in automation and office governance as indicated by the great motivation of principals and teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Tondano majoring in OTKP in carrying out their duties at school and their obligations in the classroom to teach. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Jurusan Mamajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis SMK Negeri 1 Tondano yang berjumlah 48 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Uji analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji linieritas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara: (1) pemanfaatan internet terhadap hasil belajar Korespondensi 85,5% ditunjukkan dengan thitung yakni 11.699 dengan ttabel = 2.014 (11.699 < 2.014); (2) pemanfaatan perpustakaan terhadap hasil belajar Korespondensi sebesar 87,4% ditunjukkan dengan thitung yakni 12.195 dengan ttabel = 2.014 (7.481 > 2.014); dan (3) pemanfaatan internet dan perpustakaan secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar Korespondensi sebesar 79,5% yakni Fhitung sebesar 83,327. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. Test data analysis using normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and linearity test. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between: (1) internet utilization on learning outcomes. Kewajiban bagi setiap Pegawai didalam suatu organisasi, baik dalam organisasi pemerintahan maupun organisasi non pemerintahan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang prima dengan adanya motovasi dari pimpinan organisasi. Dari Penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh temuan hasil perhitungan dalam regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Ŷ= a+b1X1+b2X2 = 9.03 + 2.64X1 – 91.4X2 diperoleh persamaan regesi gandanya = 79.73 .berdasarkan persamaan regresi ganda ini menunjukkan tingkat pengaruh yang sangat kuat antara motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai dikantor Kesekertariatan Daerah Kabupaten Minahasa. Selanjutnya untuk menyatakan besar kecilnya pengaruh variabel motivasi (X1), variabel Kepemimpinan (X2), terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) terdapat dalam rumus kontribusi korelasi ganda. kp=  (RX1X2Y .100% = (34.85 .100% = 34,85%. Dengan demikian sebanyak 34, 85% terdapat kinerja pegawai dan sisanya sebanyak 66,15% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. \u0000Kata Kunci : Motovasi, Kepemimpinan, Kinerja \u0000  \u0000                                                                     Abstract \u0000This study aims to see how the Implementation of Motivation and Leadership on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat Office of Minahasa Regency. It is the obligation of every employee in an organization, both in governmental organizations and non-governmental organizations to provide excellent service with the motivation of the organization's leadership. From the research that has been done, it is obtained that the results of calculations in multiple regression indicate that there is an influence of motivation and leadership on employee performance Ŷ= a+b1X1+b2X2 = 9.03 + 2.64X1 – 91.4 X2 obtained the double regression equation = 79.73. Based on this multiple regression equation, it shows a very strong level of influence between motivation and leadership on the performance of employees at the Minahasa Regency Regional Secretary Office. Furthermore, to express the size of the influence of the motivational variable (X1), the leadership variable (X2), on employee performance (Y) is contained in the multiple correlation contribution formula. kp= (RX1X2Y)^2.100% = (34.85)^2.100% = 34.85%. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Wisata Nangkula Park, Desa Kendalbulur, Kecamatan Boyolangu, Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena banyaknya pengunjung yang datang untuk berwisata di Wisata Nangkula Park. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi peningkatan jumlah pengunjung wisata, pengelola Wisata Nangkula Park sudah melakukan dengan baik dari segi potensi sudah mengembangkan setiap 6 bulan sekali selalu menambah/mengganti spot-spot foto, dari segi promosi pengelola sudah mempunyai team marketing sendiri dengan promosi melalui sosial media seperti Facebook, Tiktok, Instragram, dan Youtube, dan dari segi sarana prasarana Wisata  Nangkula Park sudah menyediakan berbagai fasilitas seperti toilet, mushola, wahana permainan, tempat parkir yang luas, tempat kuliner, tempat VIP, dan bangunan limas. Namun dari beberapa strategi yang telah digunakan masih dapat dikembangkan atau dikombinasikan dengan strategi baru sehingga bisa lebih banyak lagi pengungjung yang berwisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan oleh pihak pengelola untuk meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung Wisata Nangkula Park\u0000Kata kunci: Strategi Peningkatan Jumlah Pengunjung Wisata Nangkula Park, Potensi Wisata, Promosi Wisata, Sarana dan Prasarana.\u0000 \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT\u0000This study identifies a strategy to increase the number of tourist visitors. This research was conducted at Nangkula Park Tourism, Kendalbulur Village, Boyolangu District, Tulungagung Regency. This research was conducted because of the large number of visitors who came to travel at the Nangkula Park Tourism. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of increasing the number of tourist visitors, the manager of Nangkula Park Tourism has done well in terms of potential and has developed every 6 months always adding/replacing photo spots, in terms of promotion the manager already has his own marketing team with promotions through social media such as Facebook, Tiktok, Instragram, and Youtube, and in terms of infrastructure Nangkula Park Tourism has provided various facilities such as toilets, prayer rooms, rides, large parking lots, culinary places, VIP places, and pyramid buildings. However, some of the strategies that have been used can still be developed or combined with new strategies so that more visitors can travel. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi, korelasi sederhana dan berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota koperasi yang ada di KUD Bukti Kuma Kecamatan Tabukan Tengah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe. Akan tetapi yang menjadi populasi sasaran dalam penelitian ini yaitu, anggota koperasi yang berada di desa Bungalawang sebanyak 63 anggota. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah random sampling dengan taraf 5% dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 orang. \u0000Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kinerja Pengurus KUD Bukti Kuma Kecamatan Tabukan Tengah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe. (2) terdapat pengaruh Partisipasi Anggota terhadap Kinerja Pengurus KUD Bukti Kuma Kecamatan Tabukan Tengah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe. Data were analyzed using regression analysis, simple and multiple correlations. The population in this study were all members of the cooperative in KUD Evidence Kuma, Tabukan Tengah District, Sangihe Islands Regency. However, the target population in this study is the 63 members of the cooperative in Bungalawang village. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 dan sampel penelitian 60. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis pengujian korelasi ganda Kompetensi Guru (X1) dan Fasilitas Belajar (X2) terhadap Hasil belajar siswa (Y), maka diperoleh r = 0,960 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar r2 = 0 ,7072 atau 70.72%. Selanjutnya apakah koefisien tersebut dapat digeneralisasikan atau tidak, maka harus diuji signifikannya dengan menghitung fhitung dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh fhitung = 39.29557pada taraf kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05) diperoleh nilai ftabel = 3.155 ternyata fhitung lebih besar dari ftabel (39.29557> 3 . 155) ini berarti variabel Kompetensi Guru (X1) dan Fasilitas Belajar (X2) tidak dapat diabaikan sehingga hipotesis Ha. Dari analisis diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan Kompetensi Guru dan Fasilitas Belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMKS Poopo.Kata kunci : Kompetensi Guru, Fasilitas dan Hasil Belajar \u0000ABSTRAKThis study aims to determine the extent of the influence of teacher competence and learning facilities on the learning outcomes of class X students at SMKS POOPO. The method used in this study uses a quantitative survey method. The population in this study was 60 and the research sample was 60. Based on the results of processing and analysis of the multiple correlation test of Teacher Competence (X1) and Learning Facilities (X2) on student learning outcomes (Y), it was obtained r = 0.960 with a coefficient of determination of r2 = 0 .7072 or 70.72%. Furthermore, whether the coefficient can be generalized or not, it must be tested for its significance by calculating fcount. From the results of the study, it is obtained that fcount = 39.29557 at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). ) this means that the variables of Teacher Competence (X1) and Learning Facilities (X2) cannot be ignored so that the hypothesis Ha.
