Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan (1) Terdapat pengaruh Kedisiplinan (X1) terhadap Hasil belajar siswa (Y) pada siswa kelas X dan XI mata pelajaran Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 5 Manado. X1 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,022 < 0,05. Dan nilai t hitung 2.338 < 1,999 t tabel. Terdapat pengaruh Konsentrasi Belajar (X2) terhadap Hasil Belajar siswa (Y) pada siswa kelas X dan XI mata pelajaran Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 5 Manado. X1 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,000< 0,05. Terdapat Pengaruh Kedisiplinan (X1) dan Konsentrasi Belajar Siswa (X2) terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa (Y) pada siswa kelas X dan XI mata pelajaran Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 5 Manado X1 dan X2 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,000< 0,05. Dan nilai t hitung 3.756 < 1,999 t tabel.
