The South Tondano sub-district of the Minahasa Regency was the location where the study was carried out. The sample for this research came from SMA Negeri 2 Tondano, and it consisted of thirty pupils. In order to gather information, questionnaires are sent out to respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis is what is used while looking at the data. According to the results, both family motivation and self-efficacy impacted interest in teaching economics, and both traits affected interest in teaching in a complementary way. Furthermore, self-efficacy and family motivation both affected interest in teaching in general. Abstract

Abstrak.
