Kecamatan Tondano Selatan Kabupaten Minahasa menjadi lokasi pelaksanaan penelitian. Sampel penelitian ini berasal dari SMA Negeri 2 Tondano, dan terdiri dari tiga puluh murid. Untuk mengumpulkan informasi, kuesioner dikirim ke responden. Analisis regresi linier berganda adalah apa yang digunakan saat melihat data. Menurut hasil, baik motivasi keluarga dan self-efficacy berdampak pada minat dalam mengajar ekonomi, dan kedua sifat mempengaruhi minat mengajar dengan cara yang saling melengkapi. Selain itu, efikasi diri dan motivasi keluarga keduanya mempengaruhi minat mengajar secara umum. Kata kunci: Motivasi Keluarga, Efeksi diri, minat menjadi guru Abstract This research seeks to answer the question, \"How does a student's level of self-efficacy, as well as the amount of support they get from their family, affect their decision to pursue a career as an economics teacher?\" A survey was employed as the methodology for this investigation. The South Tondano sub-district of the Minahasa Regency was the location where the study was carried out. The sample for this research came from SMA Negeri 2 Tondano, and it consisted of thirty pupils. In order to gather information, questionnaires are sent out to respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis is what is used while looking at the data. According to the results, both family motivation and self-efficacy impacted interest in teaching economics, and both traits affected interest in teaching in a complementary way. Furthermore, self-efficacy and family motivation both affected interest in teaching in general. Abstract
Abstrak.
