The statistics of traffic accidents in the average Elabuga town for 2017-2018 were taken as initial information. To distinguish between types of incidents decision trees were used. The analysis showed that various types of accidents lead to consequences of varying severity. The most common types of accidents that can cause people to suffer are hits a pedestrian and a cyclist. To identify the relationship between driving offence and the type of accident, a decision tree was built and some rules were obtained. For example, the number of hits pedestrians can be reduced if drivers comply with the rules for a pedestrian crossing. Thus, in the article traffic regulations which are most often violated are highlighted, and accidents resulting from such violations result in deaths or serious injuries.","PeriodicalId":192816,"journal":{"name":"2020 XII International Science-Technical Conference AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116663102","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The work analyzes the influence of the child’s mass and the speed of driving a Vehicle by the release speed bump on the course of vertical vibrations. The tested child seats were mounted rearward-facing on the rear seat of a passenger vehicle. The child seat A was fastened with an isofix base, while the child seat B was fastened with standard car seat belts. During the tests, the measured values were acceleration seat of child seats, vehicle rear seat and ISOfix base. As part of the research, crossings at the speed bump were carried out at different speeds and with different mass simulating the mass of the child. The test results were analyzed in order to determine the magnitude of vibrations generated during passing through the speed bump. Based on the results obtained, an assessment of the intensity of vibration transfer was made.","PeriodicalId":192816,"journal":{"name":"2020 XII International Science-Technical Conference AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY","volume":"77 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125807244","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The model enables to realize the service life capabilities of the power unit, eliminates premature repairs, reduces the number of downtimes during repair and maintenance, and enables to determine the optimal service life of a hybrid vehicle. In the paper is presented the developed method of adaptation of the technical condition management strategy of the hybrid power unit to change the external conditions of the vehicle operation on the basis of neural network and neuro-fuzzy approximation of control laws when implementing the concept of reinforcement training. This approach eliminates the lack of a priori information about the mode of motion in these operating conditions, as well as errors of mathematical models due to the full use of current information.","PeriodicalId":192816,"journal":{"name":"2020 XII International Science-Technical Conference AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132486825","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Behaviour of automobile in curvilinear motion is influenced by driver, atmospheric conditions and vehicle properties. Mainly driver influences vehicle motion safety through respecting (or not) traffic safety rules. Hazardous behaviour seems to be the main reason for traffic incidents. This article presents a method of recording data from CAN bus of automobile which are significant in case of curvilinear motion. These signals are decisive when concerning anti-lock brake system (ABS), anti-slip regulation and electronic stability program (ESP). These are: wheels’ angular velocities, vehicle yaw angular velocity, lateral acceleration of a vehicle and steering wheel angle.Presented method requires application of special measurement card together with special LabView application, responsible for recording data from vehicle’s CAN bus. This measurement equipment is much cheaper compared to traditional measurement systems. However, CAN bus signals are sampled with lower frequencies compared to traditional measurement systems.","PeriodicalId":192816,"journal":{"name":"2020 XII International Science-Technical Conference AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122935056","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The joint was used to build a mannequin representing a 50th percentile male. The construction ensures the strength of individual components of the joint without the need for frequent replacement of components and their calibration. The designed joint is connected to other elements of the dummy using overlay screw connections. The joint has variable characteristics of stiffness and elasticity, thanks to which it is possible to use this joint in dummies representing the remaining percentiles of the population. The range of movement of the joint was chosen to reflect the range of mobility of the adult’s man shoulder joint. The joint was compared to the shoulder joint used on the Hybrid III dummy representing a 50th percentile male.","PeriodicalId":192816,"journal":{"name":"2020 XII International Science-Technical Conference AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115769527","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Because of implementation into huge area structures is there in Slovakia this problem also evaluated in pan-european measure. A lot of visitors and tourists in Slovak Republic (SR) had a possibility to notice that level and quality of road communications in Slovakia is not in good condition. Because the quality of road communication together with technical condition of vehicle and driver’s forwardness is one of decisive factors for accident formation, it is suitable to follow this indicator also from the view of changing economy of country. It is clear that with increasing investment into development, reparations or maintenance of road net, the appearance of transport accidents will be decreasing. From what sources to finance these reparations? With the aim of collecting of sources for development or reparations of road net is “the motor vehicle tax” established in Slovak Republic. This tax is paid by entrepreneurs per each vehicle that is used in business. A great income for the state budget is also toll collecting that tasks mainly the transporter who make businesses in freight transport. This article focuses on the influence of collecting of sources from road net users and following investment into development and maintenance of road net for accidents in road communications in SR decreasing.","PeriodicalId":192816,"journal":{"name":"2020 XII International Science-Technical Conference AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY","volume":"115 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123460935","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When reconstructing railway corridors to 160 km/h, level-crossings are cancelled, leading to a reduction in their number. The ever-increasing share of road transport in the transport market and the increasing speed of individual transport flows require a comprehensive solution to meet the requirements for the quality of the transport system, fluidity, ecology, economy and especially safety. Based on the analysis of incidents at level-crossings on the example of the Slovak Republic in the context of the increase in the degree of motorisation, it is necessary to propose a procedure of measures to reduce the incidence of these accidents on crossings for the road and railway transport system The basic level-crossings categorisation is secure and unsecured. The dependence on the development of the number of crossings, the number of accidents on crossings and the development of the number of motor vehicles is evaluated.","PeriodicalId":192816,"journal":{"name":"2020 XII International Science-Technical Conference AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY","volume":"330 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121633332","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
