Nevertheless, more than 25,000 people in the European Union die on the road in traffic accidents. This article describes general statistics on traffic accidents in countries of European Union. In addition, it focuses on specific information on the number of road accidents caused by young drivers in Slovakia. The driver, whether young by age or driving experience, is a risky road user also on roads in the Slovak Republic. For this reason, a survey was conducted to determine the characteristics of the behavior of young drivers driving a motor vehicle. The results of this survey are included in paper. These results was used for identification of typical dangerous or other behavior of young drivers in road traffic. At the end of the article, a summary of important measures to improve the safety of young drivers in road traffic can be found.","PeriodicalId":192816,"journal":{"name":"2020 XII International Science-Technical Conference AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY","volume":"79 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134629494","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The CMR Convention is of great importance for carriers, since it simplifies their work by uniformly modifying the accompanying documentation and establishing the liability of the carrier. Part of the CMR Convention is a consignment note, which is the most important document in transport. Neutralization of the consignment note has become a relatively common practice. Neutralization of the consignment note is not as contrary to legal standards as it may cause undesirable consequences for carriers. The purpose of this paper is to determine whether the neutralization of a transport document may cause problems for carriers in respect of liability insurance.","PeriodicalId":192816,"journal":{"name":"2020 XII International Science-Technical Conference AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124227823","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

General developments can be observed, ranging from the provision of specialized services of social interest to the stage of regular transport services based on legislation which is based on human rights. The article deals with the issue of improving the mobility of persons with disabilities in public transport and also contains characteristics of individual groups of disabled persons and organizations representing these groups of persons. To analyze the current state of public transport, a questionnaire was created, which responded to disabled passengers in the field. This questionnaire survey was conducted in city of Martin, where the public transport has some minor problems with passengers with disabilities. Subsequently, on the basis of the processed results of the survey, concrete proposals were made to improve the mobility of persons with disabilities.","PeriodicalId":192816,"journal":{"name":"2020 XII International Science-Technical Conference AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128949696","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To build the model, the computational intelligence methods, like neural networks, fuzzy systems, or regression trees can be used. The latter approach was applied to build the models with the aid of Cubist regression tree and Random Forest regression software, using recorded equivalent sound levels.","PeriodicalId":192816,"journal":{"name":"2020 XII International Science-Technical Conference AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY","volume":"106 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132004051","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The aim of the contribution is a comprehensive analysis of the current state and the development of accident accidents in Slovakia, focusing more closely on the monitoring and analysis of road traffic accidents for cyclists over the period 2014 to 2019. Also, the study focuses on the system of shared bicycles (bike-sharing) in terms of the accident.","PeriodicalId":192816,"journal":{"name":"2020 XII International Science-Technical Conference AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY","volume":"90 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127725986","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
