Transformation of needs of the population in socio-cultural and leisure activities, changes in the traditional way of everyday social practices, everyday life, professional activities of citizens, form new directions of development for cultural institutions. These are the issues of ensuring a successful recreational and educational function, applying new methods and tools for working with consumers, and updating the material and technical base and range of services. Among the expected and actively implemented in other sectors of the economic transformation of services can be digital technologies, strict orientation to a particular consumer segment, development of approaches and mechanisms of the economy of impressions. Authors prove that nihilistic perception of right is objectively a social phenomenon, supported by the controversy of any national cultural dominating idea. Furthermore, the study highlights that legal nihilism presents a societal threat, given the negative perception of particular subjects and groups towards commonly accepted legal values. In overcoming these negative consequences, authors believe that the only possible scenario involves a complete theoretical study of legal nihilism to reveal the actual mechanism of impact, as well as reverse influence of legal nihilism on the social system, which constitutes the main target of the study. The aim of the study is achieved on the basis of a dialectical approach, which involves the research of legal nihilism from the point of view of movement, change and development of legal ideas, taking into consideration the form of development and internal causes. The study has resulted in a range of scientific findings, which are new and have the potential to further develop the investigated problem. The museum space for future history teachers is an area where the students not only have museum practice. They come to the museum to work with documents while writing their course papers and theses and also bring schoolchildren there during their teaching practice. There are also classes in a variety of subjects given to the students themselves during the educational process. The effectiveness of museum pedagogy is recognized all over the world, as evidenced by the wide geography of research on this issue: Greece, Spain, Canada, Russia, the United States, Taiwan, Turkey, Croatia, etc. The information about the effectiveness of using the potential of museums within higher education was collected through various procedures: the study of reports and diaries of teaching practice based on the museums in the region, reviews of the museum staff about the work of the trainees, analysis of the essays written by the students on the topic “Museum as a pedagogical phenomenon” and evaluation sheets of the viewed expositions. The made conclusions are based on descriptive analysis, a statistical method, and a questionnaire. Being immersed in the life of the museums during the training practice, as well as in the capacity of visitors, the students themselves appreciated the quality of the exhibitions and interactive classes. To use the portfolio method as an effective tool for assessing students' achievements, psychological and pedagogical conditions and material bases were established, i.e. use of computers and interactive technologies, support for the experiment of introducing the portfolio method by the psychological service of the educational institution. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that normative documents have been developed and adapted for the implementation of the portfolio method and its maintenance, recommendations are given to increase the efficiency of work on the portfolio. All this can be used by teachers at various levels of schooling in the organization of educational activities of students, assessing the quality of educational results, developing the reflective position of students, building the trajectory of an individual educational route. The results of the study will help teachers in the theoretical rethinking of the substantive and technological aspects of organizing the process of activating the learning activities of students, using the portfolio method in educational practice. for the holistic development and disclosure of the personality. That led to the mixed results that were conceptualized after the experiment that was carried out in the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia during the preparation and holding of the Student's television film festival as part of the bachelor's training course “Creative Team Management”. The authors put an increased focus on the development of a communicative-cognitive environment for elaborating soft skills in the form of games. The article presents the results of the integration of the D. Kolb's Experiential Learning method (an empiric basis) and the Pearson-Marr Archetype Indicator (a theoretical basis). This approach to learning let to solve several problems as theoretical, creative and practical. This study contributes to the development of an interdisciplinary model of “Four-Dimensional Education” (knowledge, skills, character, and meta-training), where a future professional would obtain not only theoretical knowledge and skills to predict the further developments in their field of expertise, and the proficiencies to use of constantly changing and expanding technologies for distant communication, but also a large spectrum of the personal qualities, axiological values aimed at positive behavior and engagement in the world. The relevance of this topic is based on the complexity and global nature of the problems that can be solved by the whole humanity or by each individual independently. Within the framework of technogenic civilization, many aspects of relations between society and nature, man and society, and the interactions of various human communities are particularly acute as issues of the survival of mankind. Of particular danger in the modern era is terrorism, the aggravating environmental situation, demographic, raw materials and other problems. The article proves that all that we call “humanitarization of education”, including personal orientation of education, mainstreaming of the values of human life, the use of personality potential, and culture centricity, can qualitatively change attitudes towards the world and people and provide an optimal solution to the problems of technogenic civilization. The presented study implements an integrated approach that allows us to use historical and cultural, and topic addressed methods to determine the factors, tasks directions and expected results of the humanitarization of education. The author analyzes the educational process of the famous Russian technical university, Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, as an example of the successful humanitarization of technical education.
