We showed the relevance of the research question and highlighted a promising solution direction – the development of entrepreneurial competencies. The analysis is based on the documentary sources, discussions in publications of the world scientific community. The optimal combination of entrepreneurial and technological competencies of employees positively affects the development of innovative products of the enterprise and increases their stability under the conditions of uncertainty. Entrepreneurial competencies are important for employees and managers of social organizations and the public sector. In teaching entrepreneurship, an important additional effect is observed: entrepreneurial competence has a significant impact on the formation of positive psychological capital for graduates of educational programs and successful teamwork in the organization. We identified the directions for improving educational practices in the formation of entrepreneurial competencies: expanding the gamification of educational activities; increasing student satisfaction with their teacher; optimization of the structure of game modules; the approximation of the content of the game to the real regional socio-economic conditions; increasing the educational motivation of project participants. The mentioned areas of improvement will make it possible at the instrumental level to increase the efficiency of forming entrepreneurial competencies in order to achieve the polyprofessionality of the future personnel.","PeriodicalId":191967,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Scientific Conference on Philosophy of Education, Law and Science in the Era of Globalization (PELSEG 2020)","volume":"80 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117230398","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the context of a serious crisis of moral attitudes, the intensification of the global trend towards the aggravation of ethnocultural contradictions, worsening of the demographic situation in Russia, the problems of studying cross-cultural characteristics of coping strategies among young men and women acquires prime priority. Knowledge and consideration of age and ethnopsychological factors affecting students' coping strategies are of great importance for interethnic interaction in society. The article describes and analyzes an empirical study of cross-cultural characteristics of coping strategies among young men and women of Russian and Ossetian ethnic groups. The study sample included 216 people aged 18 to 23 years (average age 21.5) living in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania. The obtained results contribute to the enrichment of scientific ideas related to the influence of cross-cultural, gender, and age factors on the process of forming coping strategies among students. The data obtained can be used as basic principles in the organization of socio-psychological services in multicultural regions, as well as in the development of training programs in stress psychology, personality psychology, ethnic psychology, age","PeriodicalId":191967,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Scientific Conference on Philosophy of Education, Law and Science in the Era of Globalization (PELSEG 2020)","volume":"243 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134120498","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The effect of the introduction of these electronic resources in the educational process on the performance and motivation of students is described. The described electronic learning resources are divided into four groups: electronic textbooks, video lectures, electronic dictionary and simulators. These resources were created using ready-made tools for creating online courses (Adobe Presenter, Quizlet platform) and with the help of a programmer to develop our own online and offline applications (vocabulary and grammar simulator, Latin-Russian and Russian-Latin dictionary \"Tempus\"). The use of textbooks on electronic and paper media in the framework of the courses \"Foreign Language\" and \"Latin Language\" is compared. The role of electronic learning resources in the organization of students' independent work is noted. This paper describes the difficulties that teachers face in developing electronic learning resources.","PeriodicalId":191967,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Scientific Conference on Philosophy of Education, Law and Science in the Era of Globalization (PELSEG 2020)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130729152","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thus, religious norms over time become a way of life, part of the culture, public morality and behavior for individual nations and peoples. Charitable activities are sometimes closely linked with the spread of dogma, including among followers of other religions, and somehow turn out to be an integral part of missionary work, which, in turn, leads to social tension. Another specific problem is the lack of experience among government officials in managing this important area of social activity. The authors, relying on many years of personal experience in the education system and modern scientific research, reflect on the results of the development and further prospects of the development of “applied cultural science” as a field of cultural knowledge, the focus of which should also be the adaptation of culturologists in the labor market. They also determine their vision of the meanings of cultural education and analyze the possible professional roles of a culturologist, noting the changes that have occurred in the requests of employers. The authors substantiate the conditions for the training of specialists for the cultural sphere in its industry sense, based on the experience of training personnel at Ekaterinburg Academy of Contemporary Art (Ekaterinburg, Russian Federation) and compare federal educational state standards “51.03.01 Culturology” (undergraduate level) 2016 and 2018. They reflect on the integration of educational and professional standards. The list of advantages of using information technologies in the modern educational environment is quite wide and continues to be expanded due to the introduction of new forms and methods. But there is a flip side to this process the “adaptation price” that the modern generation of students has to pay for the information boom and globalization. The purpose of this article is to examine and analyze the perceptual-mnemonic processes of university students in modern conditions of digitalization of society, which is necessary to create the psychophysiological basis of individual learning styles. The identification of these features, as well as the correlative relationships between the properties of individual styles and various psychological and behavioral features of their manifestation in the educational environment will contribute to the formation of a psychophysiological type of the learning process.","PeriodicalId":191967,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Scientific Conference on Philosophy of Education, Law and Science in the Era of Globalization (PELSEG 2020)","volume":"-1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129355783","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
