Need to belong is a basic need to form and maintain interpersonal relationships. Self-presentation is behavior that is motivated to give a certain impression verbally or nonverbally. The study employs quantitative method, taking 346 teenage Instagram users in Bandung, Indonesia ranging from 15 to 18 years old. Leary M. R’s Need to Belong Scale and Lee et al.’s Self-Presentations Tactics Scale were used as research instruments to measure self-presentation. The data analysis involved linear regression technique. The study finds that the need to belong has a significant impact on self-presentation. Selfpresentation is manifested in the form of positive selfpresentation and negative self-presentation. To create a positive and useful self-presentation for teenage, efforts are needed to grow the need to belong to teenage. It impacted for physical and psychological conditions that associated with psychological wellbeing students. The purpose of this study is to examine wellnessbased group to improve psychological well-being among the student’s college. Instrument was adapted from Ryff and Singer with five possible answers. This study based quantitative approach with quasi experiment non-equivalent pretest design posttest control group design. The population is students of Local Language Education in X University with 14 students with purposive sampling. Results show wellness-based group had a significant influence to improving psychological well-being students. The highest dimensional reach on positive relationship with others and the lowest dimension is autonomy. The recommendations are addressed to counselors of X University in order to implement wellness-based group adjusting with the characteristics own students. Ministerial regulation on standards of process requires teachers transform their teaching from teacherto student-centered, autonomous, and self-regulated learning. As an effort to develop this learning strategy, a team in Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, implement I SMELT I 4.0 DE (the Implementation of Synergetic Multilayered English Language Teaching in Industry 4.0 and Disruptive Era), an English teaching model designed to develop competences required to live in Industry 4.0 and disruptive era through four synergetic layers, of which self-regulated learning inculcation (SRLI) is one of them. This paper is intended to present lessons from preliminary data from the project. The data were taken from the class involved in I SMELT 4.0 DE through observations, questionnaires, and performance tests. The data analysis shows that they developed self-regulated learning strategies, good learning motivation, and improved English speaking ability. Based on the findings, some recommendations are presented at the end of the paper. One skill that must be possessed is in terms of English language skills. Many people are pessimistic about themselves about their English proficiency, because English is not a mother tongue that is not commonly used in everyday life. To increase community confidence, a breakthrough in the use of strategies in learning is needed. ENTER Jatinangor is one of the English language courses that seeks to help increase confidence through the Hypnoteaching method. The Hypnoteaching method aims to attract public interest in taking an English Language Course. The purpose of this study was to: 1) analyze the process of using the Hypnoteaching method, 2) analyze the increasing interest of participants in learning English courses. The method used in this study is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Participants from this study were twenty-six people, consisting of managers, trainers, tutors and participants. The research location is the ENTER Jatinangor course institution. Data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires as supporting data collectors. The findings of this study are: 1) The process of using the Hypnoteaching method consists of: the first stage relating to planning, which relates to: formulating goals to build selfconfidence, eliminating fear and dislike of English, arousing participants' interest in learning language English. Next determine the material related to the emotional aspects and learning interests of participants. Then the determination of the time allocation for ninety minutes, as well as the media to be used in the form of: speakers, sound systems, laptops and projectors. At the implementation stage is a uniform suggestion made by the tutor to the participants based on the stages of pre-talk, test of suggestibility, induction, deepening, suggestion, and termination. 2) Interest in the course participants increases with sufficient categories, namely with indicators of feeling of pleasure, involvement interest and attention. This research uses a descriptive method. The subjects in this study were eight students of children aged 5-6 years. The instrument in this study uses structured observation and field notes about children's basic attitudes which include respecting rules, sharing equipment, without fear, listening to instructions and willingness to participate. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. The results showed that the ability of the basic attitudes of children aged 5-6 years was still in the start developing category. This can be seen from the findings that the acquisition of the basic attitude score was 42.5%. Providing stimulus in the form of appropriate learning methods is needed to improve the child's basic attitude. The determining factors of success referred to in this study are the aspects of academic talent that is measured by using the IST (intelligent structure test) instrument. The scores of the national exam are used as indicators of the success of students’ learning in high school. The method of this study is a survey design involving eight high schools in Bandung City. The samples covered 859 students consisting of 573 of science program, 248 of social studies program, and 38 of language program. The talent scores of the language program shows good predictive power with r = 0.506 and are significant at 99% confidence level. The talent scores of sciences have a very little predictive power (r = 0.078, and not significant). The talent scores of social studies have sufficient predictive power (r = 0.335, significant at p <0.05). The implications and recommendations of this study are also discussed as the results.
