To collect data, researchers used several techniques, including interviews, observations, questionnaires and documentation studies. The interview was conducted to Mrs. Dewi as a representative of the curriculum and to the Arabic teacher. While observations were made to students in the Daarut Tauhiid Vocational School, and documentation studies in the form of data on the implementation of the mustaqilli method. Field results data are analyzed and he results of this study are qualitative data related to the effect of the implementation of Mustaqilli method on improving the ability to speak Arabic. So, it was concluded that the implementation of the Mustaqilli method was able to improve the ability to speak Arabic, but by paying attention to the standardization and evaluation process so that the implementation of the Mustaqilli method could run effectively and efficiently. Community guidance media can also be interpreted as everything that is used to channel messages or information from community counselors to correctional clients who can stimulate thoughts, feelings, attention, and interests so that correctional clients will experience changes in behavior, attitudes and actions towards a better direction. Permendiknas (2008) formulates standard competency of counselor into four supervisor competencies, namely (1) Pedagogic Competencies, (2) Personality Competencies, (3) Social Competencies, and (4) Professional Competencies. Through community guidance services, community counselors help correctional clients achieve their developmental tasks in the context of the independence process, it will become more optimal if supported by executors who have professionalism standards in their fields as well as the support of the prevailing management system and the use of science and technology, so that guidance activities become more effective. This type of research is descriptive based on a qualitative approach using inter-view techniques, literature study and direct observation. This study uses a case study qualitative approach. The implementation of community education program now has developed rapidly along with technological development. Information Communication and Technology (ICT) has become one of important components in the development of society’s life in digital era. The utilization of ICT in education aims at providing an ease of access in receiving information, data accuracy, and data speed by presenting an updated information. However, the challenge is not all people think wisely in addressing the development of technology as it is found that technology is often used to access negative information. It is caused by the lack of awareness of society on the importance of information and the utilization of information technology in developing information culture to achieve “the information society”. The strategies that need to be done in the improvement of digital literacy are demand creation, supply providing, and behaviour change. As one of efforts that can be implemented in utilizing ICT in community education institution of all girls’ school is by developing blended learning where its activity is conducted through two ways which are online and face to face. At least there are four principles in blended learning including constructivism, constructionism, social constructivism, as well as connected and separated. Ambassador of Transformation Insani followed by employees preparing for retirement or retirement period as additional insights and skills for entrepreneurship upon retirement. Reasons that encourage Researchers to undertake research to find out how the contribution of entrepreneurship training to entrepreneurship motivation for the trainees of the after-work preparation at the institution of PT. Ambassador of Transformation Insani presented in the following research questions: (1) How is the contribution / application of entrepreneurship training to entrepreneurship motivation for the training participants of the after-sales service at PT Duta Transformasi Insani, (2) How is the implementation of entrepreneurship training during pension period in PT Duta Transformasi Institution Insani, (3) How to motivate entrepreneurship before and after entrepreneurship training during retirement preparation period. Theoretical basis used in this research are: The concept of non-school education, the concept of non-education formal, training concept, entrepreneurship concept, the concept of retirement period, basic concept of motivation, Maslow motivation concept and entrepreneurship motivation concept. Research Method using quantitative approach with survey method precisely in the form of correlation and regression. The object of the study is the entrepreneurship training participants of the preparatory period of retirement from the employee of the company to attend the training of entrepreneurship preparation period of retirement, the data collection is done through observation and questioner. The results showed that (1) Training in an understanding of the participants on entrepreneurship plate raises the spirit or motivation of the participants to entrepreneurship in retirement. (2) implementation of training in training institute of PT. Ambassador of Transformation Insani Bandung starting from the preparation stage, implementation and evaluation held on 16 September 2013 21 September 2013 which was followed by 26 trainees from employees of PT. Mandiri Bank. (3) entrepreneurship entrepreneur has mean value of entrepreneurship motivation early that is 108,3 happened increase of mean value of motivation finish entrepreneur become. This means entrepreneurship training have succeed to increase motivation of entrepreneurship of trainee. The literature study found that psychosocial and high emotional intelligence abilities correlated with improved achievement of gifted and talented students. Implications for the development of a school-based psycho-social curriculum and emotional intelligence abilities so gifted and talented students can achieve their learning success. Art-art that was originally part of a traditional ceremony, or as inauguration region, has many converted into a performing art that is more concerned with entertainment and the commercial side. This research focuses on the study of Jaipongan as a local wisdom in Karawang seen in variety Jaipongan movement have value in social philosophy, in particular shows the values rooted in the life of the Sundanese society. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach in the form of case study method with interview techniques and explorative observations regarding the implementation philosophy Jaipongan movement against social behaviour in society. The results showed that there Jaipongan performances are shift that does not reflect the philosophy of variety movement according to the rules of authenticity, so that Jaipongan impressed viewed negatively. This caused a negative stigma to a local wisdom. Local wisdom laden policies and philosophy of life barely been implemented in practice increasingly pragmatic life.
