Based on the characteristics of household appliances, the model of recycling household appliances of reverse logistic networks was designed; which includes the collection point, testing center, remanufacturing plant, waste treatment centre, product distribution centers and sales points. The method that fin stabilizer is used to anti rolling ship is different from the conventional theory of anti rolling ship at zero speed, so it's a kind of new theoretics. In order to study the process of lift generation of fin stabilizer at zero speed, numerical simulation is made by the CFD software for the NJ5 fins stabilizer from Harbin Engineering University. The result shows that the method is powerful. Based on improved model of chain-like joint proposed by S.J.Kline and N.Rosenberg, the chain-like joint model of self-innovation routing is constructed, which surmountes the problem of analyzing innovation behavior from the macroscopic view through traditional innovation routing theory and highlightes such characteristics as multi-agents, multi-routes, and property right valued. Eleven semi-structured interviews were conducted over a four-month period. Through these interviews, two major findings were revealed: first, guesses are frequently made in preconstruction planning process, neither the initial planner nor the downstream planner will later check. They're usually ignored and left until the execution of the plan, when the problems reveal themselves. Secondly, the current techniques for the management of preconstruction planning, such as the critical path method and bar charts, cannot account for the iterative nature of the preconstruction planning process that requires estimations to be made and work to be redone until a satisfactory solution is developed. This paper argues the importance of effective management of information flow in a preconstruction planning process and the need to improve the management of preconstruction planning. Thus, pricing policy is of vital and associated with many factors. Based on Hotelling model, the optimal prices of multi-competitors are deduced with respect to maximum profit. The paper takes three competitors for example and compares the optimal prices with different constrained conditions. The five influential factors are the basement of building-up to dynamical modes of process innovation. Therefore developers should inspect them to avoid supervisers' rent-seeking activities. This paper applies the game theory approach to analyze the problem. Firstly, this paper provides the expected utility functions of a project superviser and a developer, also establishes the game model and solves the equilibriums.
