The results are as follows: firstly the spatial distribution structure is typical cluster structure with multi-center, and there exist large regional differences in distribution of the number of star-hotels among six districts. Secondly, the rating-scale of star-hotels in Chongqing city is a spindle structure. Thirdly, the spatial concentration degree of star-hotels is very high, and spatial equalization degree is very low. Knowledge transfer is a key link in the process of enterprise knowledge management, whose purpose is to absorb and make full use of new knowledge, and through which knowledge helpful to the enterprise is put into application to gain the competitive. The function and the dual path of knowledge value chain are analyzed, the knowledge transfer model is established based on knowledge value chain, and the performance formation and composition is interpreted in the process of knowledge transfer. Based on these mentioned above, the index system of performance evaluation of knowledge transfer is designed, the method of ELECTRE I is selected to evaluate knowledge transfer performance, and the numerical example is conducted. It was impacted by competition game between upstream firms and downstream firms. Based on the game theory and other previous studies,this paper built a dynamic game model of two-stage competition between the oligopoly suppliers of upstream and the vertical integration firms of downstream manufacturers. In the first stage, it analyzed the influences on integration degree by prices of intermediate goods when an oligopoly firm engages in a Bertrand-game if outputs are not limited. Moreover, it analyzed the influences on integration degree by price-diverge of intermediate goods if outputs were not restricted within a Bertrand Duopoly game equilibrium. In the second stage, there is a Cournot duopoly game between downstream specialization firms and downstream integration firms. Their marginal costs are affected by the integration degree and their yields are affected either under indifferent manufacture conditions. Finally, prices of intermediate goods are determined by the competition of upstream firms, the prices of intermediate goods affect the changes of integration degree between upstream firms and downstream firms. This paper studies the distribution priority of different rescue resource. Using Risk Priority Number (RPN) methodology,a dynamic model for identifying the relief-demand urgency is built. In the new RPN model, the parameters are redefined and a set of weights are assigned to them. The calculation algorithm is presented. In the case study, the RPN is calculated to rank the order of priority of resource allocation and distribution for the affected areas. On the exergy analyses of heat pump unit, exergy losses of heat pump four main components (evaporator, compressor, condenser and expansion valve) were studied. Shanghai's R&D industry is facing important opportunities because Shanghai Future Long-term Science and Technology Planning clearly set the goals of enhancing the knowledge competitiveness in the world. Therefore, the Evaluation Index System of R&D Industry in Shanghai was established, which includes input evaluation index class, output evaluation index class, support evaluation index class and a total of 15 indexes. Nine representative indexes were selected to evaluate the specialization and globalization of R&D Industry in Shanghai. The Pudong New Area 247 R&D enterprises were surveyed. Based on these data, the indexes' values of the specialization and globalization of Pudong New Area R&D industry were calculated. Percentage of Pudong New Area R&D industry expenditures to its total sales revenue reaches 4.02%, higher than the R&D input intensity of major developed countries.
