In this approach, neural network technique is employed to approximate the unknown system dynamics with finite combinations of some basis functions, and a robust controller is also designed to attenuating the effect of approximation error, more specially, the knowledge of angular velocity is not required. In the closed-loop system, Lyapunov stability analysis shows that the angular velocity trajectories asymptotically follow the reference output trajectories. The status was investigated through thousands of law and standard documents. The law and regulations of China's railway construction were composed by four parts: law, administrative regulations, department rules and other normative documents. Normative documents take higher ratio of 47%. The government failed to establish clear management systems for standards. Many mandatory standards were not brought into the law system. The theoretical model indicates that the current house price is positively correlated with the current stock price, but the forward house price is negatively associated with the current stock price, and vice versa. The empirical results show that the housing price affects the stock price significantly, but the latter has no effect on the former. The returns of real estate and stock will significantly affect their prices. As a result, prevent and avoid the moral hazard of the supply chain is an important research aspect. Through revealing the deep incentives of moral hazard in supply chain, and determining reasonable precautions could make the moral hazard of supply chain in a safe range, to ensure the normal operation of the supply chain. From the internal system in supply chain to the external system, analyze the incentives of supply chain, based on the Tirole model, and build a dynamic alliance incomplete-information game model in the frame of principle-agent theory to prevent moral hazard in supply chain. It was impacted by competition game between upstream firms and downstream firms. Based on the game theory and other previous studies,this paper built a dynamic game model of two-stage competition between the oligopoly suppliers of upstream and the vertical integration firms of downstream manufacturers. In the first stage, it analyzed the influences on integration degree by prices of intermediate goods when an oligopoly firm engages in a Bertrand-game if outputs are not limited. Moreover, it analyzed the influences on integration degree by price-diverge of intermediate goods if outputs were not restricted within a Bertrand Duopoly game equilibrium. In the second stage, there is a Cournot duopoly game between downstream specialization firms and downstream integration firms. Their marginal costs are affected by the integration degree and their yields are affected either under indifferent manufacture conditions. Finally, prices of intermediate goods are determined by the competition of upstream firms, the prices of intermediate goods affect the changes of integration degree between upstream firms and downstream firms. It is apparent that drying itself is an energy-intensive process. Heat pump assisted-drying provides a controllable drying environment (temperature and humidity) for better products' quality at low energy consumption. On the exergy analyses of heat pump unit, exergy losses of heat pump four main components (evaporator, compressor, condenser and expansion valve) were studied. Shanghai's R&D industry is facing important opportunities because Shanghai Future Long-term Science and Technology Planning clearly set the goals of enhancing the knowledge competitiveness in the world. Therefore, the Evaluation Index System of R&D Industry in Shanghai was established, which includes input evaluation index class, output evaluation index class, support evaluation index class and a total of 15 indexes. Nine representative indexes were selected to evaluate the specialization and globalization of R&D Industry in Shanghai. The Pudong New Area 247 R&D enterprises were surveyed. Based on these data, the indexes' values of the specialization and globalization of Pudong New Area R&D industry were calculated. Percentage of Pudong New Area R&D industry expenditures to its total sales revenue reaches 4.02%, higher than the R&D input intensity of major developed countries. By extension, if a society has perfect legal system, code of ethics and value system, universalism-based society trust can be built step by step. The society trust creates out society capital which is one kind of dynamic and self-growing capital. This paper uses structural equation model (SEM), through an example, demonstrates the amending and optimized process for evaluation index system. Firstly an evaluation index system of competitiveness of VLE is established. Then use the SEM to amend and use the software LISREL to assignment the weights. Finally, apply this index system to appraisal competitiveness of virtual logistics enterprises.
