Nowadays, most studies are based on the upstream and downstream supply chain coordination of information sharing between enterprises. This paper studied the influence of information sharing among members of same level in supply chain on the inventory policy. Considering the cost factors caused by information sharing, this paper established a model consisting of two of the same level retailers in the electronic products supply chain. The five influential factors are the basement of building-up to dynamical modes of process innovation. Knowledge transfer is a key link in the process of enterprise knowledge management, whose purpose is to absorb and make full use of new knowledge, and through which knowledge helpful to the enterprise is put into application to gain the competitive. The function and the dual path of knowledge value chain are analyzed, the knowledge transfer model is established based on knowledge value chain, and the performance formation and composition is interpreted in the process of knowledge transfer. Based on these mentioned above, the index system of performance evaluation of knowledge transfer is designed, the method of ELECTRE I is selected to evaluate knowledge transfer performance, and the numerical example is conducted. This paper extended the previous research by considering the effects of stock-level-dependent demand on the benefits of VMI system. Models for items with stock-level-dependent demand were developed to compare the performance of a series supply chain system with and without VMI. Performance measures used in the analysis included the order size placed on the supplier per replenishment, the average net profit and replenishment cycle time. The simulation results show that the implementation of VMI will lead to a less frequent replenishment and more stable order lot size, also show that the VMI implementation will harm the average net profit of retailer, which is different from many of the previous conclusions on VMI system with classical demand pattern. This paper studies the distribution priority of different rescue resource. Using Risk Priority Number (RPN) methodology,a dynamic model for identifying the relief-demand urgency is built. In the new RPN model, the parameters are redefined and a set of weights are assigned to them. The calculation algorithm is presented. In the case study, the RPN is calculated to rank the order of priority of resource allocation and distribution for the affected areas. Firstly, this paper provides the expected utility functions of a project superviser and a developer, also establishes the game model and solves the equilibriums. The results are as follows: firstly the spatial distribution structure is typical cluster structure with multi-center, and there exist large regional differences in distribution of the number of star-hotels among six districts. Secondly, the rating-scale of star-hotels in Chongqing city is a spindle structure. Thirdly, the spatial concentration degree of star-hotels is very high, and spatial equalization degree is very low.
