The empirical results show that the relationship between the two aspects has a negatively correlated relationship. The higher the consideration, the lower cash dividends after the split-share structure reform, whether the enterprises are state-owned or non-state-owned. But the cash dividends are apparently different between state-owned and non-state-owned. The results also reflect a fact that after the completion of the split-share structure reform, the interests of two kinds of shareholders are becoming more and more consistent. The risks are researched in the process of implementation of supply chain financing models and preventive measures are given. The status was investigated through thousands of law and standard documents. The law and regulations of China's railway construction were composed by four parts: law, administrative regulations, department rules and other normative documents. Normative documents take higher ratio of 47%. The government failed to establish clear management systems for standards. Many mandatory standards were not brought into the law system. Using method of least squares, regression models were set up. Data of this research comes from private listed companies in Shanghai stock markets from 2004–2008. The paper examines the effects of ultimate shareholder's controlling rights, cash flow rights and the separation between them on corporate performance and capital structure. The paper aims to give some suggestions on interests protection of minority shareholders in China. Results show that: (1) Controlling rights are negatively related to corporate performance, and cash flow rights are positively related to it. The performance decreases with the separation degree of the two rights. Main reasons of switching behavior are analyzed by applying critical incident technique. Based on the grounded theory, the critical incidences are coded and classified. A survey is conducted covering eight different cities of China to test the validity of the classification system and the switching model. The analytical results demonstrate that: (1) most of brand switching behaviors are caused by multi-reasons; (2) five critical factors and their interactions moderate the brand switching behavior: the changes of self-concept; poor perceived quality of goods and services; influence of the primary groups; brand mismanagement, and health concerns.
