The mechanism of the model is to make the logistics activities as a decision making unit to evaluate the efficiency of input and output. Base on the DEA result, the efficient logistics activities are reserved, and the inefficient ones are improved by explicit methods and goals. The key procedures of DEA model include establishing a standard logistics activity database, decomposing logistics activities and determining that the logistics is the efficient decision unit. The application of RFID technology can achieve cost savings, real-time tracking of goods, improve the recognition rate, and improve operating efficiency. With Linear Regressive Model to forecast the city's energy resources efficiency, the municipal government who wants to make high-effective and low carbon economy policies must consider two radical pathways. One is increasing energy efficiency that indicated by energy consumption rate. The second is to find the reproductive energy to substitute the fossil energy. It shows that the support is weak in Jilin province. Main reasons of switching behavior are analyzed by applying critical incident technique. Based on the grounded theory, the critical incidences are coded and classified. A survey is conducted covering eight different cities of China to test the validity of the classification system and the switching model. The analytical results demonstrate that: (1) most of brand switching behaviors are caused by multi-reasons; (2) five critical factors and their interactions moderate the brand switching behavior: the changes of self-concept; poor perceived quality of goods and services; influence of the primary groups; brand mismanagement, and health concerns.
