Abstract

Ship fins stabilizer is a kind of anti rolling ship technique that could produce lift with initiative swing of fins at zero forward speed, and the lift could counteract the rolling forces of ocean waves. The method that fin stabilizer is used to anti rolling ship is different from the conventional theory of anti rolling ship at zero speed, so it's a kind of new theoretics.
