摘要

在基于SB-OT模式的城市轨道交通PPP项目中,特许权期限的确定是决定项目成败的最关键因素。本文以基于SB-OT模式的城市轨道交通PPP项目为研究对象,考虑项目特许期限的影响因素,采用动态技术经济方法分析项目公司和政府的最优决策问题。在项目投资规模确定的基础上,建立了特许期限决策模型,为城市轨道交通PPP项目特许期限决策分析提供了一种理论分析方法。通过算例验证了该模型的可行性和实用性。

The concession term decision-making model for urban rail transit PPP project based on SB-O-T mode
In the urban rail transit PPP project based on SB-OT mode, the determination of the concession term is the most critical factor to decide whether the project will succeed or not.
