Abstract

With the increase of household appliances, the recycling of waste appliances becomes an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the characteristics of household appliances, the model of recycling household appliances of reverse logistic networks was designed; which includes the collection point, testing center, remanufacturing plant, waste treatment centre, product distribution centers and sales points. The aim is to obtain the smallest transport costs and optimize reverse logistics networks' establishments of recycling household appliances with genetic algorithms, at last an applied case was given, which shows that genetic algorithm is suitable to establish the optimization model of appliances reverse logistics network.
基于废旧家电的逆向物流网络模型研究
随着家用电器的增多,废旧电器的回收利用成为一个亟待解决的问题。根据家电产品的特点,设计了家电产品逆向物流网络回收模型;其中包括收集点、测试中心、再制造工厂、废物处理中心、产品配送中心和销售点。以获取最小运输成本为目标,利用遗传算法对回收家电逆向物流网络的建立进行优化,最后给出了一个应用实例,表明遗传算法适用于家电逆向物流网络的优化模型的建立。
