Kepuasan konsumen dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan dan CRM (Costomer Relationship Manajement). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif, Data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder, populasi sebanyak 50 pelanggan dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 Pelanggan. Teknik pengujian dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, multikolonieritas, autokorelasi, linieritas), sedangkan uji hipotesis yaitu uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh antara Kualitas layanan (X1) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) pada PT. SBC Group Berkah Bersama (2) Terdapat pengaruh antara Costomer Relationship Manajement (X2) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) pada PT. SBC Group Berkah Bersama (3) Kualitas layanan (X1) dan Costomer Relationship Manajement (X2) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen PT. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang diperkuat dengan analisis kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan cara sampling purposive dan memperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ; (1) terdapat pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap minat pengguna isaku di Kecamatan Ngoro yaitu dilihat dari uji t sebesar 3,547 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001. (2) fitur layanan terhadap minat pengguna isaku di Kecamatan Ngoro yaitu sebesar 3,476 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001. The population used is all permanent employees of CV.Wahana Karya Jaya Mojoagung. Sampling technique using saturated sampling with the number of samples as many as 39 employees. Data collection techniques through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Classical assumption tests include normality tests, heteroskedasticity tests, and multicollinearity tests, coefficients of determination to determine how much influence independent variables have on dependent variables, as well as multiple linear regression analysis to test and prove research hypotheses. The results of the t (partial) test study showed that the recruitment system (X1) had a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) on the CV.Wahana Karya Jaya Mojoagung and the work environment (X2) have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) on CV.Wahana Karya Jaya Mojoagung. The research method used is quantitative. Data collection was conducted by disseminating questionnaires on 60 respondens. The results of this study stated that online customer review and rating each had a significant positive effect on purchase interest judging by the results of the t test which stated the value of online variable thitung customer review 2,419 > ttabel of 1.6715 and signification value of 0.019 < 0.05 then the value of variable thitung rating of 13.792 > ttabel of 1.05 6715 and signification value of 0.000 < 0.05. Online customer review and rating together positively and significantly influenced the purchase interest judging by the f test result which stated the Fhicalc value of 94,405 > Ftabel of 3.16 and signification value of 0.000 < 0.05. The number ofsamples is 30 respondents using multiple linier regression. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis and statistical analysis which is used to determine the direct relation between variable product quality, brand image, and purchase decision.
