Anugrah Cipta Interindo (A Case Study in consumer PT. Anugrah Cipta Interindo). This type of research was quantitative research. The population in this research were consumer PT. Anugrah Cipta Interindo. The sample was determined by saturated sampling and obtained 40 respondents as a sample. Nusantara X Ajong Gayasan Plantation, Jember Regency. This research is quantitative research. To answer the objectives of the study, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. To find out whether the hypothesis is rejected or accepted in this study, the t-test and f-test are used. To determine the percentage of the dependent variable caused by the independent variable, the coefficient of determination (R2) is used. The population in this study were employees of PT. Nusantara X Ajong Gayasan Plantation, Jember Regency. The sample was determined by saturated sampling and obtained 40 respondents as a sample. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Population 600. The sample size is90 respondents. The analysis method is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing through statistical tests, namely t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results conclude that the physical evidence variable  tangibles affected the interset in servicing the AHASS Setia Kawan Kandangan Kedir Workshop of 2.286 with a significant 0.025. The Reliability variable has a partially effect on service interest in the loyal AHASS Workshop Kawan Kandangan Kediri of 2.600 with a significant 0.011. Responsiveness variable partially influenced the service interest in the AHASS Setia workhsop Kawan Kandangan Kediri of 2,388 with a significant 0.019. Assurance variable partially influences service interest in AHASS Setia Kawan Kandangan Kediri workshop of 2.352 with significant 0.021. Emphaty variable has partial effect on service interest in AHASS Setia Kawan Kandangan Kediri Workshop of 3.598 with a significant 0.001. This resarch is a aprroach asosiatif resarch with quantitative research. The population in this study were whole permanent medic employees hospital mother and child xyz jombang. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling with a total sample of 76 employees. Data collection techniques using a quesstionnaire tha has been tested for validity and reliability. The classic assumption test includes the normality test, the multicollinearity test, the heteroscedasticity test, the autocorrelation test and the collinearity test. Multiple linear regression analysis to test and prove the research hypothesis. The result of the t-test (partial)showed that the work training (X1) had a positive and significant effect on work productivity employees (Y) and the work overload (X2) had a positive significant effect on work productivity employees (Y).
