Nusantara X Ajong Gayasan Plantation, Jember Regency. This research is quantitative research. To answer the objectives of the study, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. To find out whether the hypothesis is rejected or accepted in this study, the t-test and f-test are used. To determine the percentage of the dependent variable caused by the independent variable, the coefficient of determination (R2) is used. The population in this study were employees of PT. Nusantara X Ajong Gayasan Plantation, Jember Regency. The sample was determined by saturated sampling and obtained 40 respondents as a sample. 摘要
本研究旨在分析组织承诺和组织文化对农家乐农场员工工作效率的影响。这项研究是定量研究。为了回答研究的目的,使用多元线性回归分析对数据进行分析。为了确定本研究的假设是被拒绝还是被接受,我们使用了t检验和f检验。为了确定因变量由自变量引起的百分比,使用决定系数(R2)。本研究以Jember Regency的PT. Nusantara X Ajong Gayasan种植园的雇员为研究对象。样本采用饱和抽样法确定,以40名回答者为样本。结果表明:(1)组织承诺对员工工作生产率有显著的正向影响;(2)组织文化对员工工作生产率没有显著的正向影响;(3)组织承诺和组织文化对员工工作生产率有同步影响。关键词:组织承诺;组织文化;员工工作效率。
