This type of research is associative description and sample collection techniques are purposive side techniques with a total sample of 122 employees of Sugar Factory in Djombang Baru. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using multiple linier regression. This study uses quantitative data analysis techniques with survey data collection techniques (observation) using primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The sample in this study was 50 respondents. Samples were taken with a saturated sampling technique where all populations were sampled in the study. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that: (1) price had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This Populasi taken was 296 permanent employees, take of sample by random sampling, this sample in this research amount 170 respondent, this research used technik with the collection the survey data or observasi, interview and documentation. Analyze data using statistical methods using validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression formulas. Navila Cafe is a culinary and lifestyle business that has an interesting and unique atmosphere that will make consumers comfortable visiting there, Navila also provides a variety of food and beverage products that will make consumers satisfied when enjoying food at Navila Cafe. This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and product quality on consumer satisfaction Navila Cafe Jombang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using survey methods. The number of samples in this study were 30 with a purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test with the multiple linear regression formula. This sudy uses the technique of collecting data on obsevations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test and f test with results that show that: (1) Job training and work discipline simultaneously affect work productivity at PT MAAQO. (2) Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity at PT  MAAQO. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression. In the process of data analysis the researcher using statistical method to validity and reability the data, classic assumption test, hypothesis with multiple linear formula. Finding of the research indicate that : (1) basicly, brand image give impact positivity in Rabbani Hijab decisions at Rabbani Jombang Outlet. (2) The quality of product has significant effect in hijab rabbani distributions.
