{"title":"THE MECHANISM OF SEMANTIC ANALYSIS IN LINGUISTIC TEXTS THE POEM \"SANEA AL-NUJOOM\" BY THE POET AHMED JARALLAH YASSIN AS A MODEL","authors":"Azza Adnan Ahmed EZZAT","doi":"10.47832/2757-5403.17.29","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47832/2757-5403.17.29","url":null,"abstract":"Most of our students find some difficulties in analyzing linguistic texts, especially those who do not have neither linguistic talent nor intuition, and we must find an easy way to benefit them, so I did not find easier than asking questions using the interrogative tool (why), and after answering them, Starting with the lexical domain: the reason for choosing a word instead of its synonym, and looking at its exact meaning, sounds, and syllables, and the morphological domain: the reason for choosing a morphological form instead of another, such as the \"base noun\" instead of \"increased noun\" or \"increased with a letter\" instead of \"increased with two letters\", or \"with a hamza\" instead of \"with double\", and so on., And the grammatical domain: the reason for choosing a grammatical structure instead of another, such as submission and delay, the use of the nominal phrase instead of the verb phrase and vice versa, or to use of the addition instead of the omission, and so on. We must mention that any change in any of these domains affects the phonemic aspect, as synonyms have different sounds, and morphological forms may also change by changing their sounds, their sounds may increase, decrease, or change the sound syllables change in terms of type and number as well. The same is the case with changing grammatical structures, as the positions of words and their diacritics may change, and they are phonemes. The analysis mechanism develops linguistic skills and teaches the ability to distinguish the linguistic image at all linguistic levels. Language is not an ordinary means of communication, but rather a means that reveals the feelings that are hidden within the human soul and expresses them as body language, to reach the recipient. If he is a skilled linguist, he will understand that more than others. Based on this, we chose a recent linguistic text by the Iraqi poet Professor Dr. Ahmed Jarallah Yassin, an instructor at the Faculty of Arts at the University of Mosul in Iraq. The reason we chose this poem is that it simulates the life of those who lived in Iraq in the seventies, a difficult, dangerous, sad, painful, frightening life full of problems and worries that kill hope and wish to end the war and let love replace all that befalls destruction, devastation, ignorance, disease, and poverty, even children’s games were only weapons, which do not pay a price for human life and do not develop the spirit of help, but rather encourage revenge and killing. {"title":"THE SYNTAX BOOKS OF THE HOLY QUR’AN IN THE PERIOD FROM 600 AH - 800 AH - AN ANALYTICAL STUDY","authors":"Fadl Youssof ZEID","doi":"10.47832/2757-5403.17.13","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47832/2757-5403.17.13","url":null,"abstract":"-The seventh and eighth centuries AH represent a period of prosperity and maturity for all sciences, arts, and knowledge in general, and grammatical studies in particular. These two centuries also witnessed the emergence of distinguished scholars who participated in building the Arabic edifice and its completion. Among these scholars are Ibn Yaish, Al-Malqi ,Nazir AlJaish, Ibn Jaber Al-Ama and many others. -The purpose of authorship differed among the scholars of this period, as the writings of a single grammarian may differ in terms of the method of authorship according to the goal that he aims for, so we find - for example - by Ibn Hisham educational books such as Sharh Shadhur al-Dhahab, Sharh Qatr al-Nada, Sharh Jamal al-Zajaji, Ashthar al-Masalak, and AlJami al-Saghir in Grammar, expressing the rules of syntax, the objection of the condition to the condition, and other educational books. We also find by the author himself applied books that deal with grammatical rules through the linguistic text, such as the Qur’an, the noble hadith, and poetry. -Some grammarians in these two centuries were also dominated by other interests that were not directly related to Arabic grammar. For this reason, we find among them interpreters, jurists, theologians, philosophers, and rationalists, such as al-Razi Abu Musa al-Jazuli ,Ibn Malik , Abu Hayyan , al-Shatibi and others. This is based on their writings and the information they contained, and the mixing of grammar with other sciences, which led to a multiplicity of levels and confusion of information. -In these two centuries, the direction of applied grammar was evident, and it included the books of syntax of the Holy Qur’an, books of endowment and initiation, books of syntax of abnormal readings, books of syntax of noble hadith, books of syntax of grammatical evidence, books of syntax of poetry, books of riddles and grammatical riddles, and the field of syntax of the Holy Qur’an is considered the most applied grammar The grammarians cared more about the Qur’an in syntax and direction than their interest in other texts, and this will appear clearly during this research. We have also shown McCarty attempt to address and overcome the problems that afflict the phenomenon of broken plural by adopting the interpolation rule that distinguishes between the singular structure and the plural structure, a rule based on the insertion of a long vowel after the first syllable, we are therefore in front of three syllables in the plural instead of two syllables in the singular. Two tools was )1) The questionnaire was discussed demographic variables, and it contained 62 items divided to eight spheres related to administrative competencies. Their validity and reliability had been tested. The study community included heads of administrative and technical divisions and their deputies totaling 152 person during the first semester 2019-2020. The sample was in the size of 112 division head and deputy in the ratio of 0.73%. In addition to ten division heads of other divisions who are directly connected to the director of the education department. The researcher collected the data, analyzed it and came out with the following conclusions: The directors of the education departments should maintain that high level of activities, in addition to developing them and coming up with new ideas to meet the requirements of t he time. The study adopted the descriptive survey method. The school community is made up of all elementary school principals and teachers (1606). The study sample is (387) principals and teachers. The results showed that the level of organizational culture among elementary school principals in the Northern Triangle region came in a large degree in the total score and in all domains. In addition, that the highest are the field of organizational norms, followed by the field of organizational values, the field of organizational expectations, the field of policies and procedures, and in the last rank the field of organizational practices. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) at the level of organizational culture for managers due to the different job title variables (which came in favor of managers), and the educational qualification variable (which came in favor of the postgraduate category. In light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommends a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Working to consider the concept of organizational culture as an administrative concept by educational institutions, as it is an important factor in neutralizing the causes of failure and success. Incorporating the subject of organizational culture into the training materials prescribed for the rehabilitation of teachers, especially for administrative and sensitive positions, working to strengthen the principle of trust between teachers and management to consolidate organizational culture and belonging to the organization and its values.
