What is its function in the sentence? And we mentioned a brief summary of Ibn Kamal Pasha and his author, and we chose a sample of applications from this precious explanation, and we found in the book the five factors and their implications, so we studied them with explanation and analysis. And we relied on the leading grammar books to explain the meaning of each object, citing one or two examples for each of them from the aforementioned book. This integration lies in the various currents in psychotherapy. cognitive behavioral therapy as in effective set of procedures that include assessment, planning, decision- making, and behavioral playing techniques, as the therapist plays an active and supportive role in it, using several technique, from psychological of thinking with education to role-playing and live or imagined behavioral exposure, which helps patients to deal, patterns adaptive. Is also based on cognitive-behavioral therapy on the cooperative therapeutic relationship between the therapist and the patient, in the light of which the personal responsibility of the patient is determined for all his distorted thoughts and irrational, dysfunctional beliefs that may be considered primarily responsible for those disorders he suffers from or the consequent distress and distress, cognitive-behavioral therapy is also based on the light of thinking, expectation and beliefs in the development and persistence of disorders and thus intends to change them by using procedures derived from learning theories based on learning and cognitive processes. Certain, the problem posed by this research is what are cognitivebehavioral treatments? How effective and efficient is it in solving psychological problems? Can it be a psychotherapeutic alternative to medication in solving psychological and mental disorders? This because the purpose of law is to maintain stability of dealings between members of society while ensuring justice. Maybe this is the reason why provisions of both Sharia and law are mainly flexible and general, which makes them subject to different interpretations, enabling jurisprudents to fathom the obscurities of legislative provisions stripping it of generality. Such interpretation serves them as a reference in the absence of a clear provision. Knowing the purpose which law aims to achieve by regulating the provisions of the absent persons (absentees) leads to better realization and understanding of law as well as accuracy of interpretation and sound implementation of absentee related provisions. Without such know ledge the interpretation of provisions becomes subjective changing with whims, interests, and desires. Absenteeism may make a person invisible for others, creating some sort of fogginess about the reality of his existence. This, as well as, the desire to ensure the stability of dealings and justice, drove law makers to regulate the provisions of the absentee and create ones that are different from those of present persons. The study adopted the descriptive approach as it is more suitable for this type of studies, and the study population consisted of all Arab secondary school teachers in the Triangle area in Israel, who numbered (2191) male and female teachers, the study sample consisted of (378) male and female teachers. The results showed that the degree of ethical leadership practice among Arab secondary school principals in the Triangle area in Israel was highly appreciated, where the \"human relations\" dimension came in the first place, followed by the \"teamwork\" dimension, the \"administrative\" dimension, and in the last place the \"personal\" dimension. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable \"years of experience\" and came in all dimensions of ethical leadership and the overall degree, and the differences came in favor of the \"more than 10 years\" category, and there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable “Educational Qualification” in all dimensions of ethical leadership and the total degree, and the differences came in favor of the “graduate studies” category. In light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommends a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Work to strengthen ethical leadership, through the adoption of an administrative philosophy and organizational methods that support the application of the dimensions of ethical leadership, and the adoption of an educational policy for Arab secondary school principals at the level of schools in Israel, on the importance of implementing the dimensions of ethical leadership, paying attention to developing leadership competencies and training them in the field of ethical leadership through high quality training and development programs.
