Also, because the Internet is based on modern technology that combines text, audio, and images simultaneously, contractors can express themselves in any way they see fit. Also, the expression of the will is determined according to rules in general when it is through modern electronic means, and when it is mostly a voluntary expression, whether explicitly or implicitly, by electronic means. The will appears via the Internet only explicitly, and after confirmation by technical means before the final choice, and the possibility of expressing the will via the Internet has reached a point of convergence between electronic contracts and traditional contracts. It does not matter whether this expression takes the form of customary or official writing, whether it is public or private, by hand or by technical means, signed or unsigned, original or photographed, whether it was transmitted directly or by photograph or a term on it or otherwise, and whether it was done directly. between the contracting parties or between them by means of various modern devices","PeriodicalId":182370,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Humanities and Educational Research","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131656398","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although he wrote important works in many fields such as novels and stories; yet, he wrote some very important poems in Turkish literature. Sabah al-Din Ali was born on 25th of February, 1907 in the city of Egridra, in the province of Adirnah in western Turkey. His family was wealthy and he was a government employee. He died on the 2nd of April, 1948, at the age of 41 leaving many original works. He was a victim of a murder crime on the Turkish-Bulgarian border by a person named Ali Artkin, his body was found and identified at a later time. But the place of burial is unknown. Sabah al-Din Ali is the author of very important works of Turkish literature, such as \"Madonna in a Fur Coat\", \"Sirca Koşek\", \"The Devil Within and Koyu Teshkli Yusuf\", which are well known and adopted by the entire Turkish society. Sabah Al-Din Ali has a poetic identity and personality. All of his poems are very simple, understandable, amazing, shocking and comprehensive. He is considered an easy-to-understand poet and at the same time difficult to understand. His poems are so few that they can be collected in a book of 150 pages. Although he did not write volumes of poems, his poems reflect the simplicity of Turkish poetry. He used, very effectively, the syllabic meter, which is the national poetic unit of the Turks. In his introduction, his poems deal with issues such as pain, grief, death, and separation, and similarly, many poems have been written. As we know, death is a surrender of one’s soul, and as a result, the body is no more able to perform its functions. The body decomposes after death. The journey which starts with death differs according to beliefs. Whether there is life after death has been debated throughout human history, as a result there is no position to confirm or falsify this idea. Although the body decomposes, the artifacts left by the person remain alive and from this we can conclude that death has many dimensions. Throughout history scientists, poets and thinkers have expressed their opinions about this issue and contributed to the examination of death from many aspects. Poets, in particular have done this. In fact, due to the nature of poetry, spirituality comes at the forefront. Although death is material, its effects and depth are spiritual. Sabah al-Din Ali is one of the poets who touched upon this poetic aspect in many poems. This paper starts with this comprehensive abstract, then the poet's personal and literary life are handled. The concept of death will be treated with reference to the poet poems..","PeriodicalId":182370,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Humanities and Educational Research","volume":"104 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123513618","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Mathematics and the Arabic language in measuring the achievement of students with simple mental disabilities (Down syndrome) in public schools in the northern governorates according to the study variables: gender, specialization, educational qualification, number of years of experience The researchers used the descriptive analytical method, and the study population consisted of all the teachers of mathematics and Arabic language in public schools in the northern governorates / Palestine, who numbered (140) teachers, and the study sample included (119) teachers, i.e. a percentage of (85%) of the study population, and the researchers used the questionnaire tool prepared by them. The study reached the following results: 1. The level of assessment methods used by mathematics and Arabic language teachers in measuring the achievement of students with mild mental disabilities (Down syndrome) in public schools in the northern governorates came to a high degree, with a percentage of (82.2%). 2. In order to accomplish this research, the descriptive approach was used, and it was applied to a random sample of the faculty, administrators, and university students. The sample number was (250) individuals. Data were collected through personal interviews of focused groups for their suitability for research purposes. The results were extracted through qualitative analysis of the answers interview questions. The most important results of the research were that e-learning heralds a promising future in the field of higher education and scientific research, but it needs requirements that contribute to overcoming difficulties and overcoming them, in order to reach progress in providing high quality in university education. Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) is a theory that studies spoken and written texts to uncover the discursive origins of power, dominance inequity, and bias in an empirical analysis of education research. It assesses critically the preservation and replication of these discursive sources within certain social, political, and historical settings. The conventional technique in educational research has many problems with empirical analysis. In this paper, we suggested using a Multimodal Discourse Analysis (MDA) approach for efficient empirical analysis in the field of education. The K-means clustering algorithm is used to preprocess the educational data. The findings are presented in the following order: the many definitions of MDA, theories of education included in MDA frameworks, the link between MDA and context, the issue of methodologies, and reflexivityrelated concerns.
