Low dose of ATRA inhibited the function of osteoclasts and promoted the differentiation of osteoblasts, thus achieving bone remodeling: Bone formation is achieved through the coordination of osteoblasts and osteoclasts. ATRA can be combined with various factors to produce different effects, among which, when combined with bone morphogenetic protein (BMP), the bone formation effect is significant. Compared with homologous dimer, BMP heterodimer can repair the bone defect area more effectively with a smaller dose, and promote the formation of bone tissue. Reduce the probability of secondary lesions such as swelling in the operative area and excessive osteogenesis, and greatly reduce the economic burden of patients. In addition, in vitro experiments showed that ATRA and BMP2/7 combined with mouse embryonic osteoblast precursor cells (MC3T3-E1) had synergistic effect on osteogenesis. Methods A total of 180 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into traction group, acupuncture group, combined group, and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The traction group was treated with traction, while the acupuncture group and the combined group were treated with traction combined with acupuncture and massage. Results After Treatment, the total effective rate was 76.56% in the traction group, 62.3% in the control group, and 98.44% in the acupuncture and combined groups. Comparing the curative effects of the three groups, the traction group was better than the control group (P<0.05), and the traction combined with acupuncture and massage was better than the traction group (P<0.05). It shows that traction therapy is better than acupuncture and massage, and the efficacy rate of traction therapy combined with acupuncture and massage is better than that of traction therapy. However, doctors have different abilities and patients have a variety of diseases. Therefore, less skilled physicians cannot serve patients with complex diseases and need to consult jointly with more skilled physicians. This paper considers the influence of setting the service ability of physician system separately, studies the waiting time and queue length of patients in two systems with and without specialized physicians, and optimizes the configuration mode of physicians. It is found that when the consultation rate is higher than the threshold value, the optimal decision under the condition of not overloading is not to set a specialist. Survival analysis of breast cancer patients can help doctors and patients understand the prognosis of patients and provide guidance for clinical treatment. In this study, experiments were conducted based on SEER breast cancer patient data, and feature selection was performed first, followed by the construction of prognostic models using four survival analysis methods. the C-Index, BS, and IBS indexes of the RSF model were 0.8535, 0.0853, and 0.0512, respectively, which had the best predictive effect in the prognostic model for breast cancer patients. It can be obtained from the prediction of primary structure (amino acid sequence) and can provide reference for the prediction of tertiary structure of proteins. Amino acid sequences of proteins are encoded with several features and then combined into the prediction network. Convolutional neural network has excellent performance in text and sequence information extraction. The amino acid sequence of protein is also a special sequence, so the convolutional neural network can be used to extract the information in the sequence. Moreover, the influence of amino acids on the formation of secondary structure varies with different distances, so in the experiment, convolutional neural networks with convolution nuclei of different sizes were used to form multi-scale convolution blocks to extract amino acid sequence information. At the same time, the sliding window technique is also used to show the interaction between the sequences, and a long amino acid sequence is divided into some amino acid fragments and input into the model. But studies on F-actin and aging are still absence. It is unclear whether nuclear F-actin is present during cellular senescence. Here, by confocal optical sectioning and time-lapse imaging, we found acitn chrommobody-TagGFP2-NLS shows the beneficial on investigating senescent human fibroblast IMR-90 cells. To induce the nuclear F-actin assembly in single cell, we uesd Latrunculin B (latB) which a cytoplasmic F-actin polymerization inhibitor. It is currently unknown whether the nuclear F-actin cytoskeleton in young and senescent cells responds differently to latB treatment. Here, latB application induces distinct nuclear F-actin patterns and dynamics in young and senescent cells. However, their connection remains elusive. Recently, it is becoming increasingly apparent that filamentous actin plays important functions within the nucleus. Particularly, micron-scaled actin filaments (hereinafter referred to as F-actin) in the nucleus are of the essence in DNA damage repair, cell fate determination and age-related diseases etc. Latrunculin B (latB), a pharmaceutically applicable macrolide, can induce nuclear F-actin assembly. Now it is unclear how the nuclear actin skeleton responds to latB stimulation in senescent cells. Here, by time-lapse images, Doxo-induced senescent IMR-90 cells showed a large number of nuclear actin puncta, then the nuclear actin puncta become brighter and larger in size upon latB treatment. Some actin puncta even served as the elongation bases for the nuclear F-actin. These antimicrobial resistance mechanisms include antibiotic efflux, permeability changes in cell membranes, enzymatic drug inactivation, biofilm formation, drug target changes, and protection of antimicrobial targets.
