In addition to the educational strategy, because schools are the objects under the umbrella of Muhammadiyah, Muhammadiyah education and the way it is delivered will be the objectives of this research article. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method which is a research process to understand social or human problems by analyzing words to create a complex and comprehensive picture, to report views of detailed information obtained from information sources in the natural environment. The research found that SMP Muhammdiyah 6 Krian uses a personalized method in the discussion system. Here, the teacher provokes discussion and tests students' understanding through calling names one by one. In online learning, discussion sessions must be done to determine how much students understand the material provided. In addition to the personalized method, the teacher also uses a consultation method when offline learning takes place. The Covid-19 pandemic indirectly directs educators to think more creatively so that students can still receive and understand the material given well. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Is one of the types of research that is included in the type of qualitative research. The purpose of this research is to reveal events or facts, circumstances, phenomena, variables and circumstances that occurred during the research by presenting what actually happened. This study interprets and describes data related to the current situation, attitudes and views that occur in a society, the conflict between two or more circumstances, the relationship between variables that arise, the differences between existing facts and their influence on a condition, and so on. . In this study, it explains how the strategy carried out by SD Muhammadiyah 1 Krian is when the pandemic is still high, learning in schools uses online and if the pandemic has decreased, the school plans to do offline learning at school but also must always obey health regulations. But the fact is that at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Krian still uses the online system, even though there is an appeal from the government to be able to do offline learning, but for one reason or another, many parents do not agree if learning is done offline. Data collection techniques used include interviews and observations. Advances in information technology are very supportive in the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This makes it easier for students to access various materials presented by the teacher. The purpose of the study was to determine the learning strategies used at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Waru during the Covid-19 pandemic. And naming the character of students in accordance with the Muhammadiyah curriculum and pioneering the progress and development of education, as well as various parties in improving the quality of education at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Waru. The results of the study show that the strategy used by SD Muhammadiyah 2 Waru at this time is to use online learning methods which are carried out online and offline learning which is carried out face-to-face in accordance with school rules and regulations and apply fairly strict health protocols. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the Covid-19 pandemic has had a considerable impact on the world of education. The purpose of holding a learning strategy is to realize effectiveness and efficiency in teaching and learning activities. Strategy is a pattern that is deliberately planned and determined to carry out an action. The strategy also includes the objectives of the activity, the students involved in learning, the content of the activity, the process of the activity, and the infrastructure that supports learning activities. With the appropriate learning strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is hoped that it can improve the ability of students, especially at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Krian to participate in a quality teaching process, where learning will provide opportunities for participants to ask questions, discuss, and actively use new knowledge gained and easy to understand. The formulation of the problem raised in this study is how the learning strategies applied by SD Muhammadiyah 1 Krian teachers will depend on the approach used, while how to implement the strategy can be determined through various learning methods. The existence of this learning strategy will affect the learning outcomes of the students themselves. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The purpose of the research was to obtain an overview of the implementation of online learning at MTS Muhammadiyah 1 Taman as an effort to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The data source used is the primary data source. he informant in this is the Principal of Madrasah Mts Muhammadiyah 1 Taman. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the learning strategy during the Covid-19 pandemic uses the Blendid Learning strategy which is carried out face-to-face and online. With this strategy, students can enter school on a predetermined schedule in turn. This strategy is very efficient because in addition to students being able to do face-to-face learning with the teacher in the classroom, they can also access the material provided online wherever they are. When students do not understand the material provided, they can discuss it in person in class or online.
