The problem in this research is the difficulty of students in identifying a problem in a narrative reading text to determine the character, character, and setting in a story. In this study using a true experimental design research design with two classes in the control class and experimental class and two different treartment namely using treatment and not using treatment. In the control class in order to determine the effect on the two classes of researcher. On the result of the calculation of the classes in the control and experimental class there is a significant effect of students reading learning after being taught using the SQ3R method. Thus Ha: there is no significant effect of students reading learning after being taught using the SQ3R method. Ho: there is a significant effect of students reading learning after being taught using SQ3R method. The research aim to find whether there was any significant effect in learning achievement of writing skill between an ordinary teaching learning with taught by using picture series. The background of this research has been conducted on 9th grade of SMP Negeri 2 Buduran with high significance of students’ score before and after using picture series media. The researcher choose a quantitative method in this research and the result of the test was analyzed using t-test formula and the result was high level it means accurate for the instrument. The students’ mean pre-test and post-test score were showed that there was difference of the score which is increase the students’ writing skill using picture series. The data in this study using the data tabulation of respondents from the results of the questionnaire. The sample used in this research is 248 employees in Construction Consultant Company of Inkindo Member of East Java. The analytical tool used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with Amos program. The primary data is obtained from the questionnaire which measurement using Likert scale  which tested the  validity  and  reliability, SEM evaluation and  hypothesis test  with  the respondent's deskritif and variable. Result of research based on validity and reliability test show that data have valid and reliable. By using group buzz techniques to improve reading comprehension through recount text. This research uses quantitative methods, through several tests consisting of try outs, pre-tests and post-tests. Some tests are carried out in some time. Before using the group buzz technique students are given a pre-test test. The result of the pre-test was 75. After the pre-test, the use of group buzz technique was applied to the students and then the students worked on the post-test. The result of the post test is 87.42 It can be concluded that the post-test results are greater than the pre-test. This study used qualitative method, the subject and object in this research is the document which is consisted of teaching materials in lesson plan on the first semester of tenth grade that the teacher used for teaching the students multimedia major at SMK Antartika 1 Sidoarjo. The data was collected by analze teachers’ lesson plan and interview. The result of this study showed that most of indicators about the appropriateness of teaching material for English specific purposes were not fulfilled and most of teaching material that teacher used was English for general purposes by follows the syllabus from department education. The research was conducted at SMK Antartika 1 Sidoarjo. Sample of this study is students in first grade TPM 6 class. The method that is used in this research is quantitative method with pre-experimental design. To get the data, the researcher gave pre-test and post-test to the students. The researcher used an animation video in teaching writing recount text. An essay is given by the researcher to the students to know the effect of the students after used an animation video. Based on the result of the research, there are some research findings that can be represented. First, there is significant difference achievement of students in writing recount text. Second, the students’ understanding give a positive respon toward the use of an animation video. The research method used is quantitative with path analysis research techniques and using research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The results show that training affects organizational commitment, work environment influences organizational commitment, training influences work motivation, work environment influences work motivation, organizational commitment affects work motivation. The path analysis result show that organizational commitment can’t be an intervening variable for training on work motivation and organizational commitment can be a partial mediation for work environment on work motivation. Furthermore, PT YMPI in Pasuruan Regency remains consistent to increase work motivation through training and work environment.
