Assessment of accreditation in Indonesia is carried out by independent institutions, namely the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS). Until 2017, the percentage of accredited hospitals in Indonesia was 53.47%. There were 62.24% of hospitals from 196 hospitals in Jakarta were accredited. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of hospital accreditation in Jakarta. The research design of this study using the literature review method with topics related to hospital accreditation in Jakarta. A total of 971 articles were found, with 16 articles meeting the criteria. Hospitals in Jakarta use a national accreditation policy, as does the information system used. The concerning issue in human resources was the STR that must be had by health workers. In order to accelerate the accreditation process at the Hospital, KARS provides SISMADAK (Accreditation Document Management System) and SIKARS. Hospitals in Jakarta used the accreditation standards of both the KARS 2012 Version and SNARS Ed 1 in 2018. However, not all hospitals have been accredited. The problem has not been accredited by hospitals in Jakarta because it requires readiness from all available resources at the hospital to carry out accreditation and management commitment.","PeriodicalId":179648,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Health","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130651910","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The researcher also wants to see the health of sexual development as well as the problems that arise in connection with these aspects. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The technique used in collecting data is interview and observation techniques. Data collection tools in this study were interview guidelines, observation sheets, and tape recorders. The number of subjects is 4 people, 3 of them are mothers and 1 subject is significant others/aunts. From the results of the study, it was found that all subjects had implemented sex education within the guidelines of the American Association of Pediatrics without them knowing it. The average subject applies democratic parenting and sometimes is overprotected. All subject children experienced healthy and normal sexual development. In the sexual aspect, the support needed for children who are female is greater than men. The party most involved in providing sex education is the mother. The factor that makes the subject willing to apply sex education is fear if the child experiences something unpleasant in the aspect of his sexuality.","PeriodicalId":179648,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Health","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114217654","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Interaction with its ligand (CD40L) on the surface of CD4+ T cells can enhance the humoral immune response. Some studies indicated that GD patients have lower apoptosis in follicular cell. This condition related to sCD40 level, which also can increase autoantibodies in GD patients. The aim of this research was to find out the role of sCD40 as a marker on GD activity. This research was a case-control study comparing 30 relapse patients and 30 non-relapse patients (remission) after treatment with an antithyroid drug was terminated. The subject of this research was serum from both relapse and remission patients, analyzed by ELISA method. Statistical analyzes was independent t-test, a two-tailed p-value less than 0.05 was considered significant. The results, we found that sCD40 levels in serum (pg/ml) increased on relapse patients (1.62± 0.17) compared to remission patients (1.46±0.14) and showed that sCD40 level in serum was significantly different between relapse and remission (p<0.001). These results demonstrated that elevated levels of sCD40 serum, associated with risk for relapse. This research used mix methods, which is conducted in March and April 2019 at the \"Z\" hospital in the quality, laboratory and nursing units. Quantitative data were taken from secondary data (laboratory critical value reports in January and February 2019) and qualitative data sourced from in-depth interviews with 3 laboratory personnel and 3 nurses. The research findings showed that reports on the results of laboratory critical values cannot be completed, which is 29.5% (in January 2019) and 14.3% (in February 2019). The critical laboratory response time was not up to standard, which is 71.0% (in January 2019) and 66.7% (in February 2019). The achievement of the critical value reporting standard in January and February 2019 was 23.0%. The results of in-depth interviews showed that obstacles in reporting were SOP, negligence in filling out, communication with doctors and the role of nurse collaboration with laboratory staff. Collaboration between nurses and laboratory staff and revision of the SOP for reporting laboratory critical values are needed in filling out laboratory critical value reports.","PeriodicalId":179648,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Health","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127926333","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
