The concerning issue in human resources was the STR that must be had by health workers. In order to accelerate the accreditation process at the Hospital, KARS provides SISMADAK (Accreditation Document Management System) and SIKARS. Hospitals in Jakarta used the accreditation standards of both the KARS 2012 Version and SNARS Ed 1 in 2018. However, not all hospitals have been accredited.
